Service was really good. We were served with refreshing hot ginger tea during the rainy season in hue. Staff are professional. Check in was fast by counter staff huong. They informed staff to bring down the cable we left behind when check out. We have high floor on 25th which has very good view of the hue city. Parents really love the stay in hue. Room were clean and bath tub was big. We also love high ceiling and huge selection at breakfast buffet.

We have stayed several times at Vinpearl whenever we come back Hue. But this time is really different. The last day after we checked out, once i already landed in Ho chi minh city, i found out that my fragance ( which was really important to me + pretty expensive) was not in my suitcase. I gave a call and got the answer that the housekeeping did clean the room but cant find anything. After explaining its important, the lady over the phone also explained that the room had been checked in by another guests. I was so sad. But after 30 mins, they called me again and informed that my perfume has been found. And it was underneath the bed…. I was in tears. THANK YOU A WHOLE TEAM, especially the housekeeping team and also the staff who tried to help me. I didnt get the chance to get her name.. Lovely high end stay”
For some reason the Hue Vinpearl was much cheaper than many other in vietnam so we decided to give it a try for our two night stay in Hue. There are other hotels closer to the river but the vinpearl was not too far and if you also wanted some down time then this was a great choice. The pool was nice, although full of kids when we were there and would be good if windows were all opened as feel a bit enclosed. There is a water cooler in the gym you can use to refill water and save all the plastic bottles. The spa was running a promotion for a mini package that was great value and a fabulous experience. The rooftop bar was a bit on the pricey side but worth at least one sunset drink. The rooms felt luxurious, with comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Super annoying that there is no where in the shower to put your own products. Would stay again when visiting Hue.

The room had great views of the mountains and city. Room facilities were 5 star-floorless. Hotel facilities were outstanding particularly the pool on the 8th floor. The staff and service here is outstanding-5 stars all the way! Good management! The location is ideal for exploring the city and attractions We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Plenty of options within a short walk so we felt there was no need for this. Avoid the restaurant on the 33rd floor-disappointing-street food is better and cheaper! I’m a bit confused why they have a dress code for the roof top bar as its treated more like a family cafe than a bar for adults to enjoy a quite evening drink. Highly recommended-would definitely stay here again

We stayed for 2 nights in the Vinpearl Hue from 29th to 31st Jul. We loved our stay in this pretty hotel and would recommend the hotel to our fellow travellers Pros: 1. Relatively new, clean and well maintained hotel in a great location 2. The rooms give a great view of the city and are decently sized with plenty of sunlight 3. They have other amenities including a swimming pool, gym and spas 4. Fantastic breakfast – a combination of local Vietnamese food and more global dishes (tip: Should always book rooms with the included breakfast where possible) 5. Great location – the walking street is just behind the hotel and the citadel is not too far either. There are other great spaces to walk around including the Truong Tien Bridge Cons: 1. One of the con was that they insisted on payment for room service or lunch at the restaurant immediately. It is not a problem but they could do all the billing at the end when checking out. Special Mention: 1. My wife had a bit of a heat-stroke and they were very quick to send across a nurse who helped her with medicines.

The hotel and rooms were top notch, staff was very attentive and helpful, we opted out for any of the food but I’m sure it was good. I agree with some of the other reviews of the pool being a bit smaller for the size of the hotel but when we went no one else was there so no issues and the view was awesome! The few restaurants minutes away and a small mall adjacent to the hotel with a grocery store. The walk to the ancient city is about 15-20min from the hotel

From arrival to departure everything was excellent. Staff were so kind and attentive, rooms were pristine, breakfast was unreal with many many choices of various cuisines. We were there during a Typhoon and the staff were very helpful in arranging for us to stay an extra night and not have to change rooms. Spa, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and pool were excellent. Bar on 33rd floor had great views of the city. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Great location, next to a mall. Close to a lot of highly rated restaurants Gym and swimming pool is phenomenal Staff are nice and very helpful A little strange that they called during the day (while we were taking a nap) to ask for hotel feedback. Would much prefer they ask after our stay instead of calling when we were resting. But that aside we enjoyed our stay and would def stay at this hotel again if we are back in town

Excellent location 5-star hotel in the heart of Hue, tallest building in the city with breathtaking views of the surrounding. Staff is very helpful and polite. Great restaurant and facilities. Near to the ancient city and many eateries around. Scary to cross the roads at the roundabout though.

Located in the center of the city, the room I stayed was so clean, awesome view, luxurious & elegant. Clean & crispy linens. The best ever. The plan was to stay 2 nights... it turned into 2 weeks. :)”
The hotel was so nice, that we ended up staying much longer instead of moving to other hotels. The location is great, so much is in walking distance, or you can easily get a taxi. Taxi's are usually waiting right outside the hotel. The pool is inside but they had the windows open to the outside on nice days. The only thing I can say bad about the hotel is the price of breakfast, we didn't pay for it. There is a lot of good food nearby, try the spicy chicken from Jollibee.
