Vinpearl was AMAZING from the moment we walked into their reception in Nha Trang. The ease of the process of checking and the care they took off us while we waited, even providing a cold beverage while we waited, was refreshing and relaxing. The room was spacious and very clean. The robes and slippers were extravagant. The pool, the breakfast buffet, the views, all exceeded my expectations. From the moment you arrive you can relax! The only part of the process of staying there that was a little disappointing was the shuttling us back to the mainland. On the way there, I wasn't allowed to lift a finger, but on the way back I was expected to lug my own luggage onto the and off of the shuttle boat. The tram that too is from our property to the dock was full and rather than calling a second tram, they squished us on like sardines. The tram driver had to literally reach between my legs to work the emergency brake. This part made me feel like, "we have your money, bye-bye". Even so, GO!

Fine sandy beach, clear waters, low crowd, great service ”
In June 2022, there are no Russian or Chinese tourists who in the past I heard made up a sizeable crowd. The long sandy private beach bay was almost my own given the less than 20-30 beach goers I sight during my afternoon hang outs. Waters in the bay were clear, very nice to have a dip. Due to the low crowd, the deluxe building is entirely closed and all guests were located in the executive building (even if you booked a deluxe room). Down side of the low footfall is that there is only the Lotus (buffet) and Jasmine (ala carte orders) restaurants within the compound for meals. So unless one wishes to travel out of the resort, the options for meals beyond 3D2N can become quite limited and boring. Sea activities previously held at Ocean Home within the resort is also entirely closed and hence activities are limited to the pool area and chilling at the beach chairs. The lack of tourists for sometime caused some inconveniences for me 1) shower area water cannot be drained even after technician came to fix the first instance of flooding after use of the shower, 2) after changing a room, the electronic key card battery was out and I was locked out of the room. Each instance happened after I came back from the beach and really in need of a shower, and it was not pleasant. Service recovery was good, manager came to explain personally, provided a fruit platter, late check out and complimentary lunch on check out day. The presence of a on site 24h clinic operated by Vinmec came in handy as my travelling companion fell ill and had prompt access to a doctor and medication without having to travel back to the mainland. Overall, I’m would certainly like to go back while the foot fall is low for the privacy of the beautiful beach and comfortable stay.

I was surprised by the size of the gym and the selection of machine and equipment. It was everything my boyfriend and I needed to start every morning. If you decide to visit Vinpearl Land, which I recommend you do, start early especially if you intend to play at the water park. My boyfriend and I started at 13:00 and it was not enough time to see everything - we missed the water park and the blooming hill indoor gardens. Also, if you swim at the beach, beware of jellyfish. I got one wrapped around my arms and it stung me multiple times. It was incredibly painful and I immediately had an allergic reaction to the stings. Fortunately, I always travel with Benadryl and Allegra so the hives subsided within the hour but the marks remain.

Beautiful resort ”
We booked a night at the Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang. We stayed in one of the villas, well decorated and clean three bedrooms with our own private pool. Really enjoyed our stay there. Close to the beach and staff very friendly. We ate at one of the restaurants in Ocean Hill, unfortunately not the best experience. Very poor service as they were very understaffed. They need to hire more staff for sure! Could not fault breakfast at the Lotus restaurant - buffet breakfast and wide variety of food. Their check in situation could be more streamlined as well. Very slow and they overload you with so much information too. Also, they force you to eat at the resort too. If caught eating outside food, it will be a US50 dollar fine. All in all, amazing time was had by all. Highly recommend for an escape from the city.

Celebrating my birthday and my son's bday at Vinpearl resorts is awesome! We've met a filipina receptionist named Irish and tell us that it is unusual to have a filipino guests in the island so she choose the best room for us~ thanks to her! The place is impressive specially with kids as they have all the facilities ~ kids area, theme park, huge pool for kids and adults and a nice secluded beach. A good singer (from a band) during late night to enjoy the relaxing ambiance. Variety of food to choose from bfast to dinner. You need to take a private speedboat (free of charge for the vinpearl guests) to get into the island. Thanks vinpearl for a lovely vacation!

Nice swimming pool and View”
It has wide and nice swimming pool. Also they are operating various programs for children regarding swimming. The beach is nice and hotel facility is also great and clean. Lotus restaurant is also good but Ocean hill's food is poor. Their food is not so good but this hotel does not allowed outside food at all. the Most of things are good enough and I was satisfied with this hotel. The location is far from the city and if take taxi, it cost about usd 4-5 dollors per one trip.

More expensive, but beautiful”
This property is gorgeous and the facilities are expansive. However, it is a lot more expensive and quite touristy. With that being said, we loved our stay here. There are a lot of amenities geared towards both singles, couples, and families. The staff was really nice and arranging a car transfer was relatively easy.

check in took so long and staffs were very unfriendly. The service is not up to the standard of 5 stars. Not many choices for dining unless you catch the speedboat to mainland. However, the villa was so beautiful and spacious. Love the private pool. The beach was right at our door steps.

What could be but isn't”
I have extensively travelled and the Vinpearl in Danang fits into my top 5 customer service hotels. This hotel relies on groups and the front desk frankly are badly trained and the worst front desk staff I have experienced in Vietnam. The door lock would not work on my children's room. 'wait please' . So we waited outside the room for 15 minutes before I went down to find no action. The next morning it happened again. I went down and asked for it to be fixed while we had breakfast. After breakfast..no action. The concierge tries to fix. Where are the engineers? Swimming pools and beach-fantastic. Rooms good. Restaurants expensive and unless you go 'buffet' there are no suitable kids meals. Oh yes, I guess 95% of guests visit the Vinpearl amusement park. There is zero information in the rooms, front desk told me a price and said just go. They neglected to tell me if I don't buy at front desk I cannot leave the park and if I buy at the park it is cash only. Vinpearl please listen!

Good for relax and comfortable stay”
First time stay in Vinpearl Island and definitely will come again.(stay 3night,still not enough). Good breakfast wt variety choice. Staff very polite ,helpful and friendly. We are stay far from the lobby but the hotel having 'Tuk tuk' to send us to everywhere, very convenient and enjoyed with taking hotel 'tuktuk'. It is very convenient to travel to the town because the speedboat is free and it's operate for 24 hours. Vinpearl Amusement park is worth to go, must have a try. Amazing view in the sunset from cable car. VAP ticket can get from the counter or 'Klook' apps which is more cheaper. Having a beautiful beach view and Eye of VinpearLand when the lights switch on. CONS : I hope housekeeping can do something on the room carpets, it's old and dirty. A lot of Stain on it.
