Generally it was good, rooms are clean & comfortable, it was my 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel. This time Breakfast style was changed and number of items were reduced and refills of dishes was delayed or unavailable which my family didn't like. Overall a comfortable stay.

Came for Umrah, this hotel is 5-7 min away from Alharam by car - bus service is available but they stop away from the gates to Al haram so you need to walk - very clean and neat - great price - but once it's crowded and busy season of Umrah don't expect fast and professional service from the reception staff ! Get ready to wait

Good hotel, but staff are liars”
I booked the hotel when there was a free cancellation policy, after confirmation the poicy changed and suddenly i get a mail saying my booking will be cancelled if i dont pay. So i paid Online. When i got there at 2AM, the reception says that i did not check in before 10PM, so my booking is cancelled and i will be refunded. but i saw no such thing in my app. They just wanted to give the room to more paying customers. After a long hastle with the receptionist. They out of nowhere said the room in available. But still made us wait. after a long wait, we were finally given a room which was s smoking room because the room smelt like cigerattes despite us reserving a non smoking room. The worst part is evey single staff was in on the no rooms available drama, even the concierge was saying no rooms avalable. later i saw them doing the same thing to other travellers. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Untrained hotel Staff and Brocken crockery”
Hotel seems fine however it was my one the worst experience since I have been frequently travelling in last 14 years، I have booked hotel for my family and my younger brother and mother were coming from different city and reached the hotel before me while the hotel did not allow them to check in without payment despite the fact that my booking was non refundable and payment was already authorised from my credit card and there is no risk . I have been explaining them on phone that I will be coming shortly and pay full amount immediately but they refused and my mother who is heart patient had to wait in lobby for two hours and then trolly boy came in and helped my mother to check in and informed that he has assured payment will be done to hotel management and then they allowed . The employees there unable to speak single word of English and just passing out concerns to others person who was also doing same. On breakfast the staff who present at entrance doesn't know how to treat guest well and when I entered and going towards my table they were loudly calling me to come and registered my name despite the fact I already had my breakfast and just going back to my table to pick my mother Also crockery there were broken which is very surprising and they were using low quality disposable glasses and spoons which was also very surprising The thing I liked is the staff at kitchen helped us to make our food hot for my kids

Rooms were unclean (body hair), smelly toilet, and even food is not worth it ( found a hair in my salad!) Indifferent staff, no proper shuttle service as they claim( bus driver was rude and insulted me while forcing me and others to wait for 2 hours (9-11pm)until bus is full to take us back to hotel.), even room service didn't have an ironing machine! Overall, it's not worth the money and I wouldn't recommend it by all means nor see worthy of a 3 star rating.

Unprofessional staff”
Forget any help if you are not good at Arabic. They will miss a chance to cancel your booking even after payment to give the same room to someone else. Expect hour plus at check-in and in reality the hotel feels very dated and low profile. Parking is an issue.

Overall not worth”
The hotel looks fancy but unfortunately lacks many things. Good: - location was fine - bus was good but due to the crowd in the Ramadan was slightly difficult to use always, but I’d expect that out of the season the bus shuttle to be a good one Bad: - bathroom was missing hand towels - taking bath will make the whole bathroom wet because they left it half open - no carpet in the room, when you take wudhu you’ll make the whole place wet - apparently they didn’t change the bedsheets or anything from previous guest, they were all dirty( with yellow drops over) and we had to stay without bedsheets until they changed them a day before leaving. - room won’t be cleaned unless you call them explicitly - breakfast didn’t worth the money - nothing special around. You have a small grocery 2-3 mins walk for essentials only
