Easy check in. Excellent view of the bay and ocean. Location outside of the city provides a quiet environment. The traffic on the frontage road is generally not too busy... Allowing good walking, cycling, and motor scootering. Motor scooter taxis are nearby ... stores just minutes away.

It is very well kept... except we wish there is no net blocking our Sea view ( the reason we chose this place) ... Though we know it help to stop the pigeons to dirty the balcony ... or at least May be it would be possible to take off the net when there is guests since the pigeons would not come when there are occupants

No electricity”
The condo was almost empty since it was off season. It was clean. The 23rd floor balcony was too windy to spend a lot of time but the views were great. For the money spent I felt it is best to stay in a conventional hotel with better facilities. On the second day morning electricity went out and had to leave early because of that.

Clean, renovated apartment in an old building”
The beach and location are unbeatable. The building itself is very old, the pool is old and dirty and the elevator gives me anxiety. However the room is very clean and recently renovated. We had a great sleep and really enjoyed our stay. The hot water heater has no temperature control and is either hot enough to boil water or off. It would be great if a new shower water heater with temperature control can be installed. This is a very common problem in Thailand and even 4 star hotels seem unable to install correctly sized water heaters. However, it is still very annoying.

Pros - apartment was in 7th floor and one could have a view on the sea from the balcony - well appointed, modern and clean apartment with all the amenities you could need, such as washing machine, microwave, kitchenware etc. Cons - selling the apartment as "sea view" is quite a bold statement considering the view from inside the apartment is about 80 percent towards the balconies at the newer second building - the aircon unit is new but noisy (typical cheap LG brand, one of the worst anyone can buy) because of the vibrating outside compressor unit and very loud fan noise - somewhat slow internet connection (3 Mbit)

ตัวคอนโดเก่าตามอายุ ภายในห้องโอเค สะอาด เป็นห้องคอนโดแบบ1R มีครัวเล็กๆ มีอุปกรณ์ทำอาหารกับจานชามช้อนส้อมให้ งงๆตอนเช็คอินนิดหน่อยเพราะเจ้าของไม่ตอบอีเมลล์ แต่พอไปถึงคอนโดคือเดินไปบอกที่เคาท์เตอร์พนักงานได้เลย ตอนเช็คเอาท์ก็ไม่ต้องล็อคห้องทิ้งกุญแจไว้ในห้องได้เลย (รู้จากพนักงานด้านล่างเพราะเจ้าของห้องไม่รับสาย) ภายในห้องสะอาดดี เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นใช้ยาก มีผ้าเช็ดตัว ไดร์ แชมพูขวดเล็กๆให้ ใกล้ๆคอนโดมีเซเว่น กับร้านอาหาร ทะเลเดินข้ามถนนไปฝั่งตรงข้ามได้เลย ตอนที่ไปยังมีหาดอยู่แต่ขยะค่อนข้างเยอะมาก
