Perfect serviced apartments in Bangkok”
If your looking for a functional serviced appartment that is very well situated and close to the BTS in Bang Chak, then look no further. We are regular customers to this serviced residence and we are always treated like family. The facility is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful! There is also a small market just across the street that hosts a variety of street foods, iced coffees, fruits and evidently a 7-11. This is a highly recommended facility and we already look forward to going back this July 2022 :-)

Exceptional”
We have visited Bangkok many times over the past 20 plus years and this is by far the best apartment, and at a price that was 2/3 of our regular building. True, it is further out, but the BTS makes it very convenient. A convenience store is next door and Tesco shopping centre 10 mins. walk away. The rooms are very large, bright and airy. Ours had a wrap around balcony which was large, and it overlooked Sukhumvit Road. Some may find it noisy, but we liked being part of bustling Bangkok. Breakfasts were always good, and the staff were excellent, remembering our preferences. The facilities were also very good and well maintained. The pool area is resort stlye and very relaxing. The laundry is for guests only, clean and reasonably priced. We used the restaurant onsite several times, as well as room service. Food was excellent and well priced. Staff went out of their way to be welcoming. They were efficient, professional and always pleasant. Can't wait to return!

Really comfortable place to visit Bangkok. Near the Bang Chack Station. Just need 1min by walking. Also can find a good restaurant nearby Viva Garden Service Residence. Clean room, Kind staff, comfortable residence.. etc. Everything was satisfying.

Excellent on all counts”
This service apartment is very clean, up to date, excellent location, and great breakfast. It is just a few hundred meters from the BTS and Jetts gym. There is a 7-11 nearby. Everything works well. The kitchenette has burners, pans, a large refrigerator, plates and utensils. I was truly impressed. This will be our go-to place from now on when we come to Bangkok.

Peaceful and lovely facilities. Comfortable and has that home feeling, can cook, have laundry service. Easy access to everything like transport taxi, bus or train right next to BT’s. The staff is super friendly and kind. There is a restaurant downstairs can provide both room and in restaurant service. I recommend if you prefer a home feeling but has hotel vibes. Would definitely stay again

A comprehensive, all round EXCELLENT hotel. Staff were ALL very professional, welcoming and friendly. Good English spoken at reception & happy to arrange excursions on our behalf (they have an information folder for this). Facilities were great - nice pool, gym, sauna & massage...like staying at a spa if you use them. Very convenient for BTS, 5 min walk and also local shops, restaurants & street food. We stayed 5 nights prior to flying back to UK, 500 Baht taxi/grab from BKK airport. We've been to Thailand a few times now, in our opinion this is the best hotel for staying in Bangkok. But don't tell anyone else!😁

Great Property”
This is the fourth year we have used Viva Garden as our home base while in Bangkok. In 2021, we have been at the property for five weeks, post quarantine. We have a 90 sq meter one bedroom executive, and love the extra space. Like other hotels, the pool and gym are closed. The room is great, the staff is great, and the location to Bang Chak BTS is just a few minute walk. I would definitely recommend the hotel to all travelers.

The staffs are nice and willing to help. It is a little far from the center city but the room is good and it is very close to the BTS station. However, it is currently under construction, lower floor would be a better choice.

Allround great place to stay”
This residence is on the Skytrain line, easy to travel around from and is a very very clean place to stay. There was plastic wrap over the elevator buttons and plastic sleeve on the door handle to the room. Everything was either wrapped in plastic or was being cleand during the day with sanitizer by staff. Very comfortable and would recommend.

Our Bangkok Home”
My wife and I spent probably 50 days of our 75 post quarantine days at Viva Garden. It is the primary place we stay in Bangkok. Only 2-3 minute walk to the Bang Cha BTS Station. Staff are friendly and proficient. Unfortunately, the pool and gym were closed due to Covid restrictions, but based on having used both during previous visits, they are nice. I can give this property a big “thumbs up”.
