Studio room with kitchen which is quite convenient. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Drawbacks include no beach access and cleanliness which could be improved.

Good point -Big and clean room with kitchen and balcony Bad point - TV didn't work and air conditioner was out of order. (Both were repaired after I claimed to reception) - Lighting in the room is too dark, no light on the way from the reception to the room. - Little sunshine and no table at the swiming pool

Ok stay, OK for the cost”
We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights but could not understand how it advertised a restaurant that was only used for the staff, we may have paid for the room and to use the pool but that's it so if that's all you want you' ll be happy, as for the cleaning no bedding change just clean towels, water and toilet roll with a sweep around, dissapointing. The staff had 3 meals a day using the hotel restaurant but nothing for guest,s. We hired a moped for 3 days the 1st bike was very dangerous and was unroadworthy the 2nd 1 being slightly better after I complained so you may want to look elsewhere . The condition of the hotel is ok but lack of proper maintainance lets it down. The pool however was fantastic. This hotel could be so much better with the proper management, the owner should review its running before it gets too many bad reviews

Worth every penny! Fantastic stay”
The Volga apartments are absolutely lovely! In the centre of the bay close to all amenities. The room was surprisingly better than expected, the accommodation is deffinatley better than the pictures portray! It has honestly been our best stay whilst travelling the whole of vietnam! And for once we could sleep with no beeping of horns, bliss! 100% would recommend to anyone staying in Mui ne, great value for money!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Volga Apartment hotel. It was a clean hotel with big rooms with even in-room washing machine, free filtered water, very strong wifi signal and nice swimming pool. I also would like to commend the satisfactory service, and the friendly staff who helped me with travel tickets and visa. Highly recommended.

Couldn't go”
Unfortunately we weren't able to go as our son got sick, but when I wrote them and let them know, they replied very soon after and they agreed to refund us for the second night. If we ever decide to go to Vietnam again, we'd for sure want to stay at Volga Apartment Hotel!

Amazing spot”
Volga was beautiful. Great , spacious clean rooms with kitchen if you want to cook ! Nice pool with a place to get beer next to it. The front desk staff were more than helpful with anything we needed . Staff spoke English well and would invite us for tea . They seemed to genuinely care about our comfort. The location is somewhat away from the beaches and best bars but nothing you can’t walk or rent a scooter to . We would most definitely stay there again !

Very kind of staff and Nice Room provided ”
We stayed for one night here. The room is clean with one bed for adults and an additional shorter bed for children alike. Hot water for shower, kettle to boil drinkable water are provided. It is said kitchen ware would be provided If necessary, though we didn't use this service. Staff on reception desk provided us with good information to travel around Mui Ne nearby. Bus to return to Ho Chi Minh City can be booked on reception desk.

My stay was really relaxing. The hotel is new, clean and we have the basic things we need in the kitchen. It feels like home away from home. The staffs are very accommodating, polite and helpful in booking my tour. The receptionist speaks good English. I would definitely come back in this hotel on my next Mui Ne trip and would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Good value for money ”
Staff is very friendly and our room was clean. Apartments have huge space and aircon works well. Water pressure needs improvement and is great to have kitchen area but it's got nothing apart from a kettle and 4 glasses, so those you need to ask at reception if you want to use kitchen properly. Pool is nice and water is clean but some of the sun beds need to be fixed. It's close to restaurants and access the beach but the beach is much nicer on the other end of the street. They don't hire push bikes but there's 2 places nearby where you can get a bicycle to rent. In overall it's a good value for money and suits perfectly for families.

The beach is 2 miles away ”
Everything is great, nice location, clean rooms, you have everything you want if you travel as a FAMILY. A lot of kids playing around in the yard and the pool and if you want somewhere romantic and quiet this is not the call but this is perfect for families. The room has many mosquitos but that's not a big problem to me. You can rent the hotel's bike but I won't recommend buying tours from the hotel, our tour driver is a big arrogant disappointment. And the most important thing, if you really wanna get into the water you'll have to DRIVE to another beach because the beach across the street is just for sun bathing and it's not quite a view. Read the reviews carefully to know what you're getting into. This is a nice place or not depends on what you expect.

Don't think twice if you are in Mui Ne”
Extremely good place if you want to have studio rather than room. The owner takes care about property and your needs. The apartment is spacious, the swimming pool is nice. You have restaurant in the hotel and two other just next to the hotel doors (take the one with wooden chairs). 5 min drive by bike to the local market and 10 min to the beach where you can kite.

Can't say enough about the kindness shown by the staff, especially Linh, thank you all for all your assistance. Definately recommend as solo or family stay. modern spacious apartments with great pool. 5 stars across the board. They also provide mopeds for 150,000 (£6) a day. I would definately stay here again. key tourists sites like Fairy springs only 3 miles from hotel.

If size does matter...than I would stay here... This hotel ticks all the boxes...clean, comfortable, affordable and in good location. Just a short walk to main tourist hub... Adjacent beach...close to bars but still quiet location...The staff are very friendly...would definitely stay here again.
