Along the Nan River”
Arrived at the hotel a little bit early, but they were ready for us. We had asked for a high room and got our request, the 6th floor of 6 floor hotel. We had a gorgeous view of the river and downtown. Now there was a little bit of a problem, there are an extensive number of pigeons in Phitsanulok and the must really love the roof of the Wangchan. For about an hour there was a really big commotion up there, either a fight or defending a mate!! It finally subsided and we had no additional problem. The hotel is perfectly located for touristy things, like checking out Buddha Chinnaraj Shrine, Wat Phra Si Mahathat Worawihan (Wat Yai) and the Somdej Phra Naresuan Maharat Shrine (King Naresuan the Great.) They have an inside car garage with extensive spaces so no issues with parking. The breakfast buffet was very simple. You can start off with an omelette and toast, coffee and tea, and quite a few Thai dishes. (The ham and sausage (small hotdogs) left a little bit to be desired. But all in all, an adequate breakfast. We had a slight problem with the bathroom sink but we had 2 technicians and 2 household service personnel immediately. Great service!

Good, relaxing and luvin' the food”
I stayed their with my best friend who lives in Phitsanulok. I didn't stay in the hotel much as I had activities outside but I love the breakfast food. Though there weren't enough people in there, guess they had plenty of food. Didn't understand why we have to use cards for wifi and it was bit complicated getting disconnected for no reason but thankful staff were quick to replace internet cards. I had to request when my room wasn't cleaned in the morning while I had breakfast much as I left the notice of them to clean the room. Overall I love the stay, it was comfortable for me.It's nice to take a walk along the river in the morning.

Wonderful River Views”
This hotel is situated in a great position on the River which flows through Phitsanulok, which is one of the major pilgrimmage towns in all Thailand. Our rooms had great views of the river flowing by. Though it is a bit out of the town centre, it is close to the river for sunset promenades and there are a number of pubs and bars close by. If you feel like it, you can also dine on a houseboat moored to the river banks. The hotel is linked to a university with a large hospitality department. It is mostly staffed by people from the uni. They are full of youthful enthusiasm and ar one of the better points about this place clearly. The other good point is that the hotel is brand new, with clean rooms and brilliant white surfaces. It has not yet established itself as a popular place, so large discounts are currently available. It is great value at present for around $30 a room.

New and comfortable hotel”
We were pleasantly surprised with the modern design of the room. It seemed large and had a nice bathroom with good hot water. The location of the hotel on the Nan River and the river walk park was a plus. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the small restaurants long the path. In addition, the hotel is close to the two main Wats in the city. The breakfast was good by Thai standards, but not a very good one for a farang. still it had an egg station, fruit and salad. Very good value.

Big impressive hotel, looks new”
Short stay, 1night. Good value for money. Big international hotel, with view over the river. Good bed, clean room, good shower. Building looks all still new. Daytime not much going on around the hotel. From 6pm ther e is build up some small nightstrip alongside the river in front of the hotel with small restaurants. Mostly visited by joung local couples en groups, we saw no other tourists and menus only in Thai. People all superfriendly. The town itself did not impress.

Stay right by the river”
It's a great hotel. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The location is perfect. You can walk along the river, cross one bridge and visit Wat Phra Si Ratana Mahathat (famous golden Buddha statue), walk on the other river side, cross another bridge and back to the hotel. We went during the end of the year celebrations. There was a huge temple fair and party until midnight on the other river side, but that was fine. Ask for a room on the six (top) floor with river view. I would definitely stay here again. Two nights would be best.

A fresh and lovely new hotel”
My wife and I were spending one night in transit across country. We were pleasantly surprised by the easy to find and lovely hotel. Room was ready at arrival. Room was spotless. Good Wifi connection. Nice flat screen tv, although limited choice of programming. Loved the glass wall shower and best shaving mirror I have seen. Bed very comfortable. No double beds, but we pushed the 2 singles together. My wife books travel for her company and repeatedly commented on how pleased she was. We didn't have time to try facilities, had dinner at a large shopping plaza. Breakfast was typical Thai food and foreigner eggs, toast, etc. but well done and tasty. Can't believe only a 3 star rating.

the hotel is in a very good location near to nice restaurants, local famous temples and close to the river. some rooms also have river view. The room and bath room are big, clean and confortable. The best is the breakfast which has variety of food to choose with quality. It is worth for the money you paid and definitely will choose this hotel to stay again in the future.

This hotel is situated at the best location on town. Guest room has a view of the river. Can walk to the museum, temples and local restaurants nearby. Staff at the front desk are very helpful - excellent guest services! The hotel price is reasonable.
