The restaurant staff were so professional, polite and accommodating. The Food and beverages were affordable and tasty. Warwick receptionists were all cheerful and attentive to my needs. The room is spacious, bed is wide with sparkling white bed sheet, clean and tidy with relaxing aroma. I am coming back definitely.

The thing I liked most about the hotel is that the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff treats them very elegantly with customers. I only have an important note, which is to reduce the smell of air fresheners, especially in the rooms. I am one of the people who suffers from sensitivity to strong smells for long periods … other than that, I would prefer to stay again with this hotel

The Hotel as facility, Location, Entrance, Room Etc. is great honestly … This is our honest review of our stay in Warwick Hotel – Riyadh (August 17-20, 2022). Honestly speaking, the Panorama Room is huge and the bed is amazing, the breakfast is fine. However, even due that we’ve informed the Hotel by 3 days that our flight will be arriving early, and we’ll arriving at the Hotel at 12.30 PM. Warwick Hotel replied through agoda that they will be happy to help and requested us to go to reception when we arrive, sounds really good. When we arrived, there are no rooms available, and requested to wait until after 3.30 PM or offering us to make Room-upgrade to (Panorama Room) and pay the difference, which I agreed and did. Plus, when requested to have a late checkout, they totally refused with no consideration. The Door Card Key stopped working and won’t open the door every day, we need to go down to the reception just to make them re-program them for us to enter our room every day!!! In case you own a car or come with a rental car as what we did. Well, you will face a big issue, because you will not find parking, yes they do have parking under the hotel, but if you went down there it will be your own responsibility what will happen to your car. Pros & Cons”
Pros : The check-in and check-out process was pretty smooth. The rooms were prepared as per my requests. Very clean rooms and common areas. Rooms are pretty spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Cons: The basement car park is an absolute nightmare. Don’t even try and use it unless you have a 4x4. The drive out of the basement is way too steep for a normal car. The bathtub drain was clogged. Room Service was not up to the mark. Request for replenishment of coffee / tea / milk / sugar sachets and toiletries often fell on deaf ears. Only one bath towel / one pair of room slippers were provided for three pax in a room. Hardly any staff wears a smile. Live Kitchen counter Staff found it difficult to communicate as they did not understand English.

The hotel is good , fast check in and the staff was very helpful, I don’t recommend anyone to park in their parkings , the room service was not that good , had to call more than once to request a towel. I would stay again at this hotel

Check-in was delayed then they upgraded my room to a suite. Unfortunately, there were a very bad odour in the bathroom. Matress was very very bad. Breakfast was nice. Swimming pool was not clean. Good option for the price

I don't know how to start our disappointment but maybe I can enumeration it for you.. 1. when we arrived late afternoon, the lady on the receptionist shows us her bad face. no smile, no welcoming. 2. the bathroom shower. we can't fanthom the idea about this rainfall shower head. it's supposed to fully function but it's not, only half of the shower head can be used because of the slow/limited water coming out of it. the usual 10 - 15 minutes of shower takes a lifetime during our stay there. even the faucet to fill the tub is impossible, the water is so slow. 3. the mattress. the mattress seems old and overused. it's not very comfortable, it'll give you backache instead as it's sagging down in the middle. 4. housekeeping. we arrived on Jan. 29 and left feb. 1, and no one from the housekeeping mind to clean it after my husband talk to the housekeeper to pass by our room to clean it. 5. TV. limited chanels. you can screen share from your phone. 6. breakfast. guess they are the team you'll feel welcome. nothing is bad with the breakfast menu but maybe it needs to be improve. we won't be recommending this hotel and we are not going back.

We stayed for 3 nites, firstly i made online booking they had issue with room for room change they charged extra, for same room they differ with rack rates, which not good basement parking totally not safe can cause accident for the new to driving very risky not safe, tariff what Warwick offers there competitive hotels which give much more better experience for stay. must need to improve please.

Staff are clueless and they have no idea of hospitality ”
All explain the experience in bullets, that shows how bad the service was. 1. They denied that i have a reservation although i confirmed with the through the phone, they said we're not receiving any reservations from agoda any more. Eventually, after arguing and showing the proof of the booking they've found my booking. 2. They gave me card key to a room which was occupied by another guest!!! It was embarrassing. I came back to them and they simply said sorry system mistake 3. I finally got my room in 3rd floor, i entered the room and then the surprise i was smelling sewage in the room and bathroom. I could not take it, then i called them and asked for another room. 4. They moved me to 7th floor which was finally kind of good. However, i was about to make a coffee and found the ceramic cup unclean and been used as well as finding some trash plastic spoon thrown in the room. 5. I requested water and coffee to the room. It took them around 30 mins, then they came and brought 2 small water bottles without coffee and later he brought the coffee!! 6. They annoyed us with 5 times calls during hour sleep because they are confused how i am staying in the 7th floor not the 3rd as per their system and finally i found out that the evening shift did not update the system nor infroming the morning shift about my case. Worst experience ever!”
Travelled from dammam confidently knowing that when we reach riyadh we had a place to stay after a long drive. Unexpectedly, the receptionist told us that there's no more rooms available!!! Not even one nor the room that we reserved!!! Even when we showed him our reservation slip!!! Too tired to argue and with hungry tummy, together our kids, we just left the place and will never ever go back there again!!! The receptionist never even tried to help us even we explained that we came from dammam.. worst ever!

this hotel is over priced . though it claims to be 4 star , it does not have 2 star facilities . the washroom is so badly designed . the shower area is open and hence all floor gets wet and they do not place floor mat in the rooms because they do not have enough floor mats as per housekeeping . the breakfast is poor spread and they charge for expresso coffee . would not stay again nor would not recommend to anyone

Staff were very warm and friendly. We arrived before the checkin time as our flights arrived early in riyadh - but the staff accomodated us and provided us early check in - there was also a discount given as we were repeat customers here. Overall very satisfied

A mis communication from the reception and the facility maintenance. We are booking hotel for our daugther because she loves to swim. Before we checked in, i asked the receptionist if the pool is available to used and she said yes. We went to pool area but the pool was dirty so i informed them and they said they will clean it. But, they just gave my daugther a false hope. Pool was not cleaned and not functional at all. I even sent a message/complaint to their site but no response at all. Some of the receptionist also can speak little english. Though the room was nice and spacious. But still, i am disappointed.
