Only the location is good. Chalet is privately owned. Many things not right: 1) Poorly maintained by local care taker since chalet is not part of hotel. Overall cleanliness is bad. 2) No WiFi . 3) we booked for 4 adults. Only 1 mug & a teaspoon. 2 bowls & 2 melamine plates without fork & spoon. 4). Toilet seat came off. 5). 2 light bulbs not working. No lights in shower room. 6). Only 2 mini mineral water given for 4 of us. 7). Aircond noisy. 8). No shower gel. No toiletries. Only shampoo given. Owner needs to upgrade the Unit if want to charge RM600 per night.

Booked ‘private villa’, Thinking it will be a great experience but it turned out to be WORST experience... We realized when checked-in that its not a property of LExis Hotels. No buggy service, room is not well maintained, no breakfast, no bedroom slipper etc. Check booking confirmation in details, if u noticed that property contact number is mobile phone no., You have to contact property owner directly which he took appx 30 mins to arrive to handover the keys. Room cleanliness is another concern as the bathtub is not well maintained & wifi doesn't work.. FLUSH doesn't work.. if you call the owner he does not respond as he can not speak English.. I would suggest stay anywhere but not in this private villa..

Awful Chalet”
If you do book this hotel, make sure you don't book the private villas which are owned by private individuals. I got to call the owner so many times. I didn't get to check in until 5pm. The chalet was unkempt and dirty. Plumbing was bad, no water at the wash basin, no hot water at the bathtub. Most of the lights are not working and the pillow cases were stained. No facial towers, shampoo, bath gel provided. No towel provided at the swimming pool and cannot use the hotel concierge and buggy. No breakfast. Absolutely nothing at all! Bed made squeaky sound when you turned. Didn't sleep a wink. For RM365, it is absolutely horrendous and totally not worth it! For goodness sake guys, don't ever book the private villas!

Accidentally booked ‘private villa’, only realised when checked-in. No buggy service, room is not well maintained, no breakfast, no bedroom slipper etc. Check booking confirmation in details, if u noticed that property contact number is mobile phone no., then the property is belongs to personal. Which means, u can’t check in via Lexis counter, have to contact property owner directly. Room cleanliness is another concern as the bathtub is not well maintained & a lots of ants in the room.
