Excellent location, friendly staff, value for money”
Travelled in April 2019. Booked a studio room but were upgraded to one bedroom apartment. Pros - Spacious, well lit, airy, friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Effecient air con, water hot. Lots of electrical outlets, clean linen, coffee room downstairs with free coffee, water and milk. Coin operated washing machine downstairs, laundry services available. In room safe provided for valuables, elevator available. Kitchen with glasstop cooker, microwave, refrigerator provided. Compilmentary water, coffee and pot noodles. Parking, outdoor pool and gym. Cons - No restaurant attached (although tel. numbers for food delivery provided), Central mall is at least a five minute walk away, not two minutes as advertised. Would be difficult for old/infirm people to travel there in the rain and sun. Kitchen facilities - microwave at low level, cutlery & crockery minimal. e.g. no knife or glass for drinking water (probably available if asked for). Overall excellent value, would return.

Very comfortable western style(soft) bed rarely found in Thailand”
Very nice stay and we rebooked over and over because the bed was comfortable. Also they have a pool but in January it was too cold for me. Nice kitchen area too...balcony, easy to find. Book online to near 20% cheaper rate then what the front desk would give me dispite my repeated request. Large nice closet, good lighting.

We wentto the zoo and other markets day and night.we used bolt and all the trips were no more than 100baht. We did all most all are cooking there as my wife is Filipino and perfered her food. There was a central plaza that was 5 minutes away thur the parking lot behind the hotel

Smart but not deeply cleaned”
Apartment is modern, and spacious. The building overall is clean and smart and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is a residential block, not a hotel. This was expected and not a criticism, but a heads up to tourists. You get very minimal amenities. No soap/ kitchen things like pans, w washing up sponge etc. The pool was smarty, had good light and a shaded area. Location is fantastic. Only criticism is that the apartment was not clean. It obviously hasn't been started in for a while and was very dusty but that is ok. The kitchen walls had food spattered on them, and there was old food crumbs in every corner, like it gets a very quick clean only. Apart from the kitchen it was just dusty. But the kitchen was quite unpleasant. We will stay again. There are cheaper places but I like the location.

Terrible Room”
The room is disgustingly filthy. The room was not properly cleaned by the housemate. In the refrigerator, there is some food left over from the previous guest. When I checked in, there was still one lady hair in the bathtub. Worst of all, there is a public hair on the bed!!! This is the worst hotel I visited in life. Please stay away from this hotel.

Well presented clean hotel with lovely swimming pool. Unfortunately no breakfast after this being advertised on Agoda website which was very disappointing. When I complained they said contact Agoda..,,, easier said than done. Also reception staff did not respond to request for soap and toilet…. had to go to reception and demand such!!
