Amazing apartment”

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location that is only a few minutes walk to the beach and pier. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very tastefully finished. The views are amazing and, although there are blinds, you will not want to close them. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we didn’t get to use the balcony but it would be amazing on a warmer evening. Guy was really helpful throughout the booking and a pleasure to deal with. We didn’t want to leave !

Probably the best apartment I have rented from anyone anywhere in the world!! Everything was perfect and for a change, it was furnished by someone who knows what is needed to make an apartment comfortable. No missing cups, hooks or something else small but irritating. The view was outstanding and needs to be seen to be believed. The proximity to the beach is excellent. The parking that comes with the apartment is close by and perfect. the large TV was great!!
The entrance to the building could be vacuumed more frequently

Comfortable apartment with a fantastic view. Beds were great, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Couch and lounge area very nice. Bathrooms great. Every detail is well thought out, lighting is perfect. I can truly not find ANYTHING wrong with this place. There is an elevator to the floor, so it is great for people who can not climb stairs/steps. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Bournemouth!! Thanks so much for your hospitality.

lovely penthouse with lift common areas could be better lit and maintained but the property itself was lovingly cared for and all facilities for family stay thought of. the property management were very professional and fast to communicate even when i needed to ask quite late on a Saturday for a later check out time . nothing was a problem for them and felt well hosted Thank you

Great Views and Excellent Apartment!!!”

Amazing Apartment with incredible views of the beach and sea!! Guy was very helpful with the instructions on the day we arrived. The apartment was clean and tidy. We asked for a travel cot which was set up when we arrived which was very helpful. The bedrooms are big - everything was really comfortable. Its literally a minute away from the beach which was great especially if you have children. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future and recommend this apartment to family and friends. Thanks Guy!!!

Just book it before it goes! Worth every penny!”

Everything! Couldn't fault anything. We had alot of reservations about even having this holiday because of my daughter's severe allergies and skin reactions but Guy went above and beyond to make sure the apartment was safe for her and it was. I had zero anxieties going in because every corner was spotless. It's a high-tech flat with modern features and ample space for families with kids to enjoy. On rainy days, we just stayed in and just enjoyed the flat. Such a lovely stay and would definitely go back again.

The location was fab. I think the attention to the interior design was exceptional, coming from an interior design background I couldn’t fault it - there was a great use of space, very thoughtful way of maximising great views from the apartment.

Beautiful location & stunning view”

We had this booked before pandemic hit, but sadly had to cancel, so rebooked although at a higher rate but with limited travel and everyone staying in UK I guess it’s expected. We had a lovely couple of nights, the apartment was beautiful and to finish it off a balcony with a view too and great location. Spacious and very stylish and would certainly return and recommend.
If I had to add anything it’s just to add hand towels for bathrooms and children’s plates. They had cutlery and cups but plates would have been amazing too.

We loved the panoramic view, the cosy seating around the dining table, the large comfy sofa, the uncluttered look, the clean decor and the outdoor lounge furniture. The electric blinds were a must and enabled us to get some shade when needed. The enormous TV screen was fabulous. The proximity to the beaches could not be bettered.

Perfect apartment in great location- exactly what we were hoping for in fact even better .”

Light, bright and little touches making coffee, tea and jam available was a nice surprise. It was really spacious and views from the windows and balcony were amazing. One other thing, Guy was really helpful both before and at start of our stay.
Only wee suggestion is to provide a shower mat as it was a little slippery- unless there was one and I didn’t notice😊

The location & views were excellent, thank goodness for the car parking space as the road was full up with cars. The apartment was spacious, clean, modern & everything that a family of 5 needed.
Didn’t dislike anything but a few more knives, forks & spoons would have been good.
