Location location location”
We stayed for 3 nights after SongKran and it was beautifully secluded at the bottom of a steep 'driveway'. The family room that we booked was directly on the beach and we had no close neighbours although there was an apartment next to and one above ours. The room was cold as the aircon was very good but looks a little dated with its genuine solid wood furniture (mahogany) and the double beds were comfortable. The water is shallow for a long way out when the tide is out and during the afternoon it feels like you are relaxing in a hot bath. You can also walk to other places along the massive beach. Indeed we could see a previous hotel on the same beach. At 6-7AM the fish swim right into the shore and if you don't move will swim through your legs. Restaurant service was good but limited food options with the quality about average. We were expecting a buffet style breakfast as all the accoutrements were there but it was restricted to eggs, chipolata and toast or a rice soup. It was sufficient. The staff were very helpful and really tried to help when asked. Our WiFi didn't work so we used our SIM cards for internet access. Treat yourselves to a romantic break because the location is fantastic and it also works for families.

Quiet beautiful location”
The resort is a bit hard to reach due to steep access (can be dangerous for bike after rain). I At the car park of the resort you have a small waterfall and the river leads into the sea. Most of the rooms are beach view. Natural beach, lots of trees giving enough shade. Rooms are basic, clean, bur sheets should be changed, smell from humidity and should be dried up. But its ok if you are not picky. Breakfast is buffet, basic like thai food, sausage, eggs, ham, toast etc. Very laidback atmosphere. Staff was so so, we had to wait over 2 hours for check in, but we are patient 😂

Garden View bungalow ”
The room was clean. If you are looking for a beach experience on a budget it’s perfect. Even though it was a‘garden view’ room I was literally 20 metres from the beach. It’s a little out of town (5min by car) but I don’t think it’s a problem.

Lovely resort but…”
The bungalow we had was right at the beach which was so nice. Bungalow was nice and pretty much all that we needed. The resort in its self was a bit away from fun parties at Lonely beach. So if you want to be closer to nightlife - pick resort at Lonely beach. If you don’t mind the long big hill down to the resort and u rent a moped - go for this one!

Huts a little rustic and in need of TLC. It's down the mountain and some taxis will not go down. You can walk along the beach for 10 mins and get to main road.

There is no wifi in the range. The stuffs in the room are very old and really need a replacement. No hair dryer. For this price and the quality you get is not really worth it.

This resort is old and very hard to access, I recommend you stay further down the same beach in a more modern hotel where there are much more facilities.
