Good facilities, Check in and Check out Process Needs Improvement”
The hotel is nice. The place is clean and you will feel safe because of the protocols in place. Unfortunately, it can be traumatizing for first time travelers in the area to deal with the check in and check out process. It took more than 2 hours to check us in and we got in our room at almost 5 pm. They tried to makeup for it by giving us a late checkout but this is not at all ideal especially if you already have a schedule to stick to. The breakfast buffet is good but bring a lot of patience because the line is long and the wait could be a while. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and the breakfast buffet selection is good but the line and waiting time needs improvement. Parking is ample but make sure that you leave your luggage in the lobby before going in the basement to park because they require all luggages to go through the xray machine and the only one that works is the one in the lobby. You would need to carry your luggage from the basement to the lobby instead of being able to just enter the hotel directly through the basement entrance. Food is good but service could take a while. Be wary of your order because restaurant staff may not deliver in full and you would have to wait again for them to deliver the missing order. Bring patience and be extra kind, the staff seems to be doing the best that they can deliver.

Ive been a loyal customer since day 1, i luv widus hotel, clean, good food, nice staff, place is secured, location is very good, we enjoyed our stay here, first plan was to stay for 5nights and extend another 3 nights, i would like to personally thank this two amazing woman in front desk, names are LYKE and DONNA, this two beautiful woman are awesome, they make me and my family feel comfortable and special, very accomodating restaurant staff too, everybody was nice, this two waiters who always help me and really served us well plus the girl who always entertain us, her name is SHARMAINE! They help me looking after my baby too! Thank u guys! U r the hidden gems of this place, it will nver be a good experience without u!

Taking a board exam at Widus is stress-free. Very good internet connection. ”
We had the most amazing stay. We booked at Widus because of the internet connection. My sister is scheduled to take her board exam and we need a stable internet connection. Our friend who recently stayed at Widus informed us that their net is fast. We called prior to booking and the staff we talked to reassured us of the very good connection. We had to do some rescheduling and we are so blessed Agoda and Widus accommodated us. By the way, the Agoda customer service in Singapore I think, the one we talked to, she was sooo sooo kind and helpful. Going back, upon arrival, we were surprised to get a free room upgrade. Super sweet. The internet connection was great, no glitch. The staff we met were all helpful and considerate. Since my sister is scheduled to have the part 2 of her board exams in January, we’ll surely book at Widus again. THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO COME BACK.

I stayed here last weekend with my toddler and partner. We had a great experience while in there. The executive room we booked is spacious, super clean and complete with the essential things we needed during our stay. The staffs are amazing too and the pool is what my toddler really enjoyed.

Stayed at their Deluxe King w/ Balcony, my wife and I had a great room overlooking the pool. Room was large and and roomy. The restaurant breakfast is a buffet style with all you eat. The lunch and dinner is on their menu. This restaurant has a great cook. Third Hotel is interconnected to the Marroit and Hans Casino. It also has a underground parking is very secure. Overall we enjoy our stay in this Hotel. Will stay again in the future.

We stayed overnight. The bed linen is clean, clean room same with CR. We had the best view overlooking the swimming pool. Their breakfast is good though pricey for extra person which they charged for 1000 pesos. Helpful and hospitable staff.

To be honest, since the hotel was open. We always stay a night or more. But in our recent trip, we are very disappointed. Our room was not well maintained. The pillows are too flat, its like your not using it. The staff are very nice. And they doing their job well. We also love the breakfast buffet at salt restaurant. Good food and nice staff.

Thumbs up for the reception staff na nag-upgrade ng executive room namin for free dahil wala silang mabigay samin na vacant room for executive, they upgraded it na lang to executive king room. Buffet is excellent and ang ganda ng view, malinis ang pool. Tahimik ang place & well trained ang staffs. Safety culture is very visible sa place.

I like the room it's spacious and clean, also near the pool area and restaurant. The hotel is also near the tourist spots like Clark safari, Zoocobia, and plus its also near Korea Town where you can choose from a variety of Korean restaurants.

I was travelling with my mom and sibling and we have got to say that we loved our stay. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. During our stay there we got to explore the neighboring hotels and it go to try a variation of restaurants and cafes. Our stay in Widus hotel was worthwhile and I would definitely recommend it to others.

My 3 day stay in Widus was very enjoyable. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast offered a wide selection. My only complaint was the coffee was awful. Please change the brew you're using, it's too bitter.

Father's Day Weekend 2022”
Jun 18-20, 2022. Stayed at the hotel for Father's Day out of town trip and bec hubby joined the Trifactor PH duathlon. We got the Family Junior Suite which is spacious enough for our family of 5 (3 daughters age 22, 14, and 3). Value for money as it also includes complimentary buffet breakfast for 2. Convenient and economical to bring food as the room comes with a kitchen equipped with microwave oven and ref. The pool is big and generous with sanitized towels. Staff is really attentive and efficient. My only 2 complaints are the busted electrical outlets and the outdated bathroom. The tub easily clogged and the shower heads didn't function well. Poor lighting too. But overall, it was a really good experience. My family and our group of friends with their respective families enjoyed our long weekend at the hotel. Thank you, Widus. We'll be back!
