Staycation”
Pros: + room, bed, pilllows are comfortable + nice city view + staff are friendly and helpful. special mention to Mark who helped me with my dialysis solutions. + breakfast is great especially the tapa + convenient since it's near a convenience store, SM San Lazaro and mode of transpo as well. + all in all experience is great Cons - no bidet. I hope they will install it in all rooms -faucet and shower needa to be left open for 30mins. to have warm water which is really inconvenient - need more food variety for the free breakfast - you can hear guests running and shouting in the hallway. room is not sound proof

My son really loved this hotel. He even say " Nanay can we stay here forever" 😅The first time we stayed here, my son and nephews were really amazed specially with the pool view. The staff were really nice and accommodating. The place is kid friendly. Specially the HEATED POOL! I really really enjoyed swimming because of the pool. Whenever I book a hotel the first thing I check is the pool if it's heated. Our most recent stay, we celebrated my son's birthday here. A simple celebration because that's what he wanted. He requested that we stay here again. That's how much my son loved our stay here. We even received a complementary cake from the Manager on duty for my son's birthday. Thank you Winford Hotel for a lovely stay. Definitely our fav hotel here in the Metro.

We love our stay at the Executive Suite”
There were 5 things we really liked: 1. Comfy sofa 2. Two big TVs 3. Bathtub 4. Two restrooms 5. Great bed. My four year old son enjoyed the big tub, it's a good thing we brought a few of his water toys at the hotel. The room also came with a small bottle of bubble bath gel. We've stayed at Winford twice before and as always, parking was not a problem. We also enjoyed the breakfast included with our stay, which was at the restaurant at the ground floor, the Copa de Manila. It was a breakfast buffet and it had a great spread. It had everything, Filipino, Western, and Asian dishes. Also, the hotel staff were all courteous and quick on our requests. I have no complaint about them.

Highly recommended hotel”
Worth the stay. Staff are very accommodating, friendly, courteous and attentive when you need something. Unlike any other hotels, you have to call several times and make a follow up several times when you need something. This hotel is not one of those. The place is clean as well as the room. Well maintained facilities and check in and check out has a very organized process. I have no bad taste for this hotel. Kudos to the management.

We made a reservation at Winford Manila Resort for April 21 to April 23, 2020 Booking # 3265157 and April 23 to April 24, 2020 Booking # 303993102 .Due to the Corona Virus-19 our Japan Airlines Flight going bto Manila was Cancelled so we decided to cancelled our stay with Winford Manila Resort . When we cancelled on liune our reservation they noted us that our reservation was non-refundable. My question is why Agoda or the Winford Manila Resort will not refund our payment. Please reply . Elegant Hotel!!!”
Amazing experience! I rate this hotel @ 9.5 . The hotel's cleanliness is superb (previous guests comments online was right); very, very friendly staff (Filipino hospitality at it's finest) at the same time professional; food in Copa De Manila was great and fresh; lobby's design on the floor is very attractive (that's what attracted me the most when I was choosing the hotel online at that time) with the golden yellow (love that color) dominant throughout the facility- very elegant! Big room - you don't feel boxed in. Everybody started asking what and where is the hotel when our friends saw our pictures. And lastly, Mr. Ryan Rabe - the Director of the hotel was very accommodating. Shout out to him for the complimentary room when I came back to book again and his management! A beautiful Christmas send off during my stay in Manila. Will book again in the future even when I have friends and places to stay in Manila.

The Staffs are friendly ♥️”
We stayed overnight. I love the ambiance in the pool area and the view of city lights in our room. I love the rain shower in the bathroom. The location is very accessible and there is a 24/7 convenient store just in front of the hotel. The food is good. I think the price is cheap know that breakfast for 2 is already included. But the hotel looks classy. The pool water is not cold at night which I love since you will not feel cold even if you swim for long hours.

Its a great place. Some rooms have adjoining doors. If you want quiet, make sure your not next to the party group staying in the adjoining room to yours. This hotel is great for the money. I stayed in lots of places in Manila and the buffet food is the lovely. No delay. And top dishes with lots to choose. Nobody can deny it is so good. And the drinks by the upper pool are also great. Excellent stay at Winford for New Year’s EveL”
We had an excellent stay in Winford in New Year’s Eve. Staff were courteous. Amenities were modern. The entire place was clean. It’s location was convenient as it was located right next to a mall, it was within a 5-min drive to church, plus convenience store and 24 fast food were available on the ground floor too. We weren’t big fans of the dizzying ramp up the 6th floor parking lot - so we were very happy to find out that the hotel has free valet services, no need to drive the car up the dizzying ramp again. Overall, our Winford stay was excellent. Two thumbs up especially for its modern executive suite.

Stayed with the family and we had a great time. The casino was nice and easy to register and enter in to. Good entertainment while we where there. Nice location close to an SM and not too far of a taxi to pretty much everywhere. Would recommend.
