A nice boutique hotel”

A last minute booking from us after arriving in Nan City. The hotel is located in a narrow back street and the sign at the front is written in Thai script so if you are from a western country you may have some difficulty locating it but the Agoda app got us to within a few meters of the hotel. Apart from road noise, everything is ok”

It’s a bit noisy. My room faced the road in front of the hotel so I heard everytime a car passing by. Also, chattering noise and loud music from somewhere. Apart from that, I had a good stay. Staffs were nice, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was not bad.

On the periphery of Nan but close to the night food places and stalls. I have been to Nan many times and it is not that good for restaurants so the night eateries are a must. Staff friendly and helpful but very little English spoken. Queen beds are upstairs accessible by steep steps so think about downstairs rooms.

Little cute hotel with the standard hotel room. the bathroom isn't good for me but acceptable. it is not bad to stay for a night. it is hard to reach here.

Toilet got terrible odour”

The hotel seems to have strutural problem with the toilet design. I had extreme difficulty in sleeping with terrible toilet odour.

Good breakfast, nice service and cleaned bedroom but a little bit narrow walkway inside. Overall it is good hotel in Nan!

budget hotel at about 1km from the city (can walk), rooms are clean, breakfast is better than expected with thai buffet and toast, jam, egg and fresh brewed coffee (not the instant coffee). good when you have your own transportation

Stay at Winhouse Hotel / Nan”

The stay was ok. It's a Thai-Thai hotel. We wanted to check in shortly after 2 pm but they were not ready as they still had to iron some pillow cases. When we asked to change the room to the last one down the hallway, it was no problem. Breakfast was mediocre. No table/chairs available when we got there. The "buffet" is right next to the open kitchen and area where they clean the dishes. You will need a car and a good GPS to find this well-hidden hotel, or be ready to get lost in the maze of small streets. It's fine to stay here for a couple of nights. With a higher budget, stay closer to the river and the main sights/temples.

A room I booked was not kept in cleanliness. The maid did not come and check for essential sutffs in the room. For example, as I had faced, she did not even refill a water in the room and replace daily towels. Moreover, the rest room was smelling and I already informed the staff the check and clean up and there was no any responses.

英語が話せない、部屋がかび臭い、シャワーの排水口の位置がトイレにあり、シャワーを浴びるとトイレがずぶ濡れになる、アメニティーが何故か綿棒しかない、シャンプー、リンス、石鹸がない、タクシーを予約したのに時間通りに来ない、場所が市内から遠いなど改善すべき点が多い。オーナーはフレンドリーだが、もう泊まることはないと思う。おすすめしません。
