Pros We arrived very early from dalat, before 7am and the ladies round the corner in winter/spring tops helped us contact the front desk girl Jamie to get in. She found us a room early. Told us about the washing machine and kitchens. We were able to change to an available room, wash our clothes and put them out to dry before 9am! She then helped us book a shared boat tour of the floating markets for the following day. English speaking guide Dao was excellent, funny and sharing with just one other couple was great. We booked our own transport to HCMC and when it didn't arrive Jamie came to the rescue again - ringing the company, getting a refund and then arranging a Futabus pick up for the next bus. All the team were great - even insisting on filling my water bottle for me. Bed was comfortable, free tea /coffee/ bananas etc great to have. Cons Can't think of any.

By far our BEST stay in Vietnam for this price range ”
Everything was SO perfect. Warm welcome, they treat us like friends/guests and not like random customers. The autumn house is so cute and comfy, it was perfect : Spacious room and bathroom, large and comfortable bed, enough light during the day, different kind of lights for the night. Not any insects. Safety box and a little private balcony. The breakfast was big and delicious with various tastes, they make their own soy milk and yogurt and it was delicious too. We did the floating market tour with them and that was an amazing moment for us. We had a stay with everything we expected and even more, if you hesitate with another hostel, forget it, take the autumn house here : This was the BEST :))) So many thanks to them !!

The staffs were great help. The building has a common area where you can wash your cloths for free and dry them at the top floor. Great for getting your clothes clean before the next journey. They also provide free bicycles for you to use. I also engaged their available floating market tour. The tour guide (IG: iduyn) speaks good English and let us enjoy the best local experiences. He is knowledgeable and able to tell us almost everything in Can Tho. On my last day, they provided me free transport to the airport in a nice car. The free breakfast was also nice and a hefty one.

Both the owner and the receptionist Mary are sooo helpful. They have gone out of their way to try to assist us during our stay there. The location is perfect and you can take the free bikes to ride around to explore can tho city. The breakfast is plentiful and the house keeping ladies are so kind and warm as well. We stayed there twice on 2 separate occasions. We have thoroughly enjoyed both stays. They even offer free bus pick up and drop off which were very helpful. In all it is such lovely homestay. We would definitely go back anytime.

Wonderful homestay”
Room was big, airy, with balcony and nice furniture. The bed was large and the mattress very comfortable plus the bedding and towels were good quality. The fine touches too, toothbrushes, shower gel and shampoo were provided. There is a great kitchen with free yogurts water and coffee /tea. There is also a washing machine for use as well as a living room with satellite TV. They also have a complete guide of things to see and do, and offer a series of tours. We took the 7 hour floating market tour which was great. I forgot to mention the good breakfast which changes daily. You couldn't have more really, I stayed one more night for the luxury of the bed and bathroom. We might actually stop there again. The recptionist was contactable via WhatsApp and helped us organizing our trip to con dao.

Delightful staff”
The staff was extremely efficient, friendly, flexible, and helpful in helping solve problems and make travel arrangements. The woman at the desk priced several bus ticket combinations, booked tickets, was gracious when we changed plans, made sure we arrived at the bus station on time, and went to great lengths to find room when came down sick and unable to travel. The floating market tour organized through the hotel was first rate and a highlight of our Vietnam trip. We stayed in two different apartments. The apartment in the building with main office is well stocked with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, and even has a water dispenser. Having access to the washing machine is excellent. Be warned that the beds in Winter apartment are firm even by Asian standards, the twin bed in particular. The beds were more comfortable in the apartment around the corner from the main office. It was convenient to have access to the fruit and hot drinks throughout the day.

Homestay like a hotel. Good location, great customer service. Staff helped us arrange day tour even we came late for tours. They have kitchen and you can use for free. Clean and spacious rooms. Free bicycles if you want to use.

Very welcoming with lots of amenities ”
The room was great and our hosts bent over backwards anticipating guests’ needs and providing fir them. We stayed here for only 12 hours. Would have liked to take advantage of free laundry, tea and coffee and bikes.

Great perks in this roomy homestay”
We stayed in the 'colors' homestay (Winter Spring has a few locations near each other). This one is a bit away from the busy street and you pass a few residences where you can see how some of the locals live. The room was perfect for our family with a loft for the second bed and a kitchenette. Free drinking water., juice, laundry, and a great booklet explaining the area (of course wifi, coffee, tv). Very helpful staff with a free shuttle to the bus/airport. They can also arrange good tours of the floating markets etc.

room was so nice and big”
There are two buildings and both are near each other and in a good place to visit the town. The staff is so so nice and give us a room upgrade. We stay in two different rooms (we needed to stay one more night and the room was no available, for that night) and two were perfects, with big and confortable beds and hammocks included! The only thing is next to the main building there is a house with young men that stay till late in the night screaming and doing a lot of noise, so if you can, ask for a upper room or a room in the building next to them. Breakfast is so good too.

Room was great! Very much space and own balcony. There was laundrymachine which you can use for free, if you have your own detergent or you can buy it from reception. Breakfast was nice too. We took the longer tour in the floating markets and it was great! So much to see. I recommend this place!

So sorry for your uncomfortable. We know you crazy about KARAOKE from our neighbor. Because not lucky that you stay at Lunar new year in Viet Nam. A lot of neighbor do KARAOKE and we can not do anything before 11:00 pm. (after 11:00 we can call police - and we said you) About breakfast, every day we asked you about breakfast to improve but you said "so nice". About cleaning room: We are homestay not hotel and we want to private for our guests, so we have prepared the sign "MAKE UP ROOM" and "DO NOT DISTURB" About the light in your bathroom: we total not sound to complain from you. because we can fix it around 5 minutes. We do not know why you complain about our homestay but you still extention with us? Thank you staying with us. Good luck to you.

Also the owner gave me some hassle by asking me for visa stamp on passport, quarantine certification...things no other hotel asks for. It was bothersome. But the staff was great. Very hard working and accommodating. Having a kitchen with almost everything you needed was a welcome surprise.

We are very thankful to the hotel staff as they were extremely helpful when our ferry got cancelled and tried to help us to reschedule our plans. This hotel offers free pick up from the airport and has free bikes, as well good kitchen facilities. You get a lot thrown in for what you actually pay.

An economic homestay in a great location of town”
Winter Spring Homestay is a economic homestay located in a great location of town in Can Tho. From this location you can easily access local markets, eateries, and various local waterways within walking distance. Winter Spring Homestay offers free use of their washing machine, offers free use of their bicycles, free breakfast and have decent wifi. They also offer motorbike rentals, can book local excursions, and offer taxi service. The room we rented was large and included a kitchenette and aircon. Staff is small, friendly, and helpful. Our only complaint is that walls are thin and, especially in the evening, things can get loud - the first night we had a difficult time sleeping because of this. However the staff is eager to please at Winter Spring Homestay and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. This place is highly recommended!

Lovely Hostel”
We stayed at Winter Spring Homestay for 3 nights. We got a upgrade for our room, because our actual room wasn't ready yet. So we got instead of a basic double room an entire floor with a family room and an extra kitchen. It was great. Very clean room and friendly staff. We totally felt comfortable. Restaurants are nearby. You can also rent a motorbike or bicycle. The hostel has a brand new washing machine, where you just need to pay the detergent.

Everything was fine, room was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was good. They had plenty of options for different tours. I went to boat trip to Mekong-river and it was awesome, tour guide was great, he was humorous and spoke very good English. The location was a little far away from the night markets, but you can use bicycle for free, so that wasn't a problem.
