excellent hotel, still very new about 4 years old. we had a club room on 17th floor with amazing view over the ocean. all the rooms are seaview. the club lounge is located on the 12th floor and the food, service and drinks are all amazing. not crowded there the ambience is very luxurious with again stunning views over the resort and ocean. the resort is very amazing with the cleanest beach in front. the pools and the lost world theme are beautiful. the lazy river a lotnof fun. you can go the the city within 10min, though its quite pricey from the hotel, the taxi drivers know what we pay for centara so the charge more for taxi too. go with the centara shuttle or walk to the front street where u can get motorbike taxis or pickup buses. the hotel the ambience is the best u can find in pattaya. the hilton eg. doesnt even have a private beach.... its just fun to walk around in this hotel with all the interesting paths and bridges and stuff, like in the jungle. we will go back definitely

This is a big hotel and on a holiday weekend can be very crowded. The pool is great and would be even better with proper maintenance and cleaning. There's direct access to the Wongamat Beach with plenty of lounge chairs for guests. This is a fairly clean and quiet beach, probably the best in Pattaya, but the sea water is the same toxic stuff you find everywhere in Pattaya. The Superior Room had a gorgeous view of the bay and an extra twin bed. It was clean and nicely decorated with tasteful wood furnishings. Overall, good value for a large beach hotel.

My wife and i had a lovely holiday whilst staying at the prima villa hotel.There were a couple of samll issues,firstly no one on the reception had any clue about english speaking so communication was difficult.I was told i needed to pay $100 dollars before i could get my keys but no one could explain to me why i needed to pay this.I also only had Pound sterling and they looked like they had never seen this beofre hence they didnt know what it was worth.I managed to get through to them that £40 was equivalent to 2000 baht and i was happy to give them that.It turns out it was a deposit incase you spend any money in the bar or restaurant i think.We are beach people really so the fact that the pool was pretty much in the shade didnt bother us as we didnt really use it.The location was great for the beach as only 5 minutes walk and we were on the beach,the supermarkets were very handy and right outside the hotel there was one where we bought beers,water and sancks to fill our fridge up in the room.Was really nice to come back from the beach and have a few cold beers on the balcony watching the sun go down before heading off out for the evening.Towels were provided and plentiful as you leave the hotel in the morning which is great as you dont have to use your own and get clean ones every day.Breakfast was pretty much standard and nothing to write home about an in fact most mornings we didnt even bother as there are loads of beach and street sellers where you can get brunch/lunch very cheaply.The rooms were probably the best we have ever stayed in when travelling to these sort of countries,really large room,excellent shower,nice big bed,balcony with sea views(restricted by other hotels)with really good aircon,safe,fridge,good maid service.all in all greast value and around £40 a night for b&b.Would definitely stay there again if returning to this area

The villa's are of a good size and slept myself, wife and son comfortably and the hotel grounds and pool are very nice and well looked after. It is quiet and relaxing in what is quite a busy nearby area, the beach is not directly at the hotel but about 300 yards walk which is ok. However, the service is very poor - there were very few people there, perhaps because of low season, but meant that there was no bar or food available ... you can get this all from the sister Long Beach hotel which has all amenities but means walking a couple of blocks to get there ... this included going for breakfast. Checking in wasnt to clever due to surly and unhelpful staff. Checking out was a nightmare, took to long, and ended up almost missing a flight due to delay departing WiFi does not work regardless of what website says - had to go across to sister hotel and pay to use in the hotel lobby

The hotel is aged but their maintenance is very good. Room is in good size and bed is comfortable. there's 24/7 mini mart in front of the hotel, so very convenience. The pool is nice and have a lot of lounging area

Location, design, pools, atmosphere-everything is up to highest standards. Room is kept tidy and equipped with all the necessary accessories. Amazing view of sunset from a window. The lovely comfortable condo is very quiet and relaxing.

We stayed in Green Villa while joining a competition. The owner was very nice to us and let us hang out in their common areas and shoot videos. Their dogs were also very friendly. The place was quiet and the owner was very attentive to our needs. We had a great stay!

Hans and his wife created a beautiful place in the crazy surrounding of Pattaya which has deserved the name paradise for some reasons: it's far away enough from the loud part f the city to enjoy a peaceful time in a very clean and soulful surrounding and you can still reach the city Center by pickup taxi in ten minutes. The Main Street is a 5 minutes walk away and you look onto several high hotel buildings from the Swiss paradise. But the beach you can reach in 5 to 10 minutes by foot is really nice for Pattaya and most other hotels for double or triple price are not nicer. But most of all enjoyed friendliness of the people there, the nice pool and the respectful and heartful atmosphere.

We had a great time but had a very short time to enjoy everything, the Naklua beach, seaside pool, private balcony and pool too, room facilities are special, the owner making the room really comfortable so we could enjoy the staying so much. The owner was really helpful and informative by helping us to find the room building and helping us to find a good taxi fare to go back to Bangkok. Oh will be more satisfying if the check out time to be changed into 12pm so we could have more time to enjoy the heaven in Naklua - Pattaya. Thank you so much we would love to come back again and staying in with our family member. Khapunka

peaceful location.many restaurants and shops in the neigbourhood.fully furnished rooms with kitchen,big wardroom,nice bathoom.wifi.swimming pool and sand beach at the nearby long beach hotel.coffee and tea free.has no coffee shop neither restaurant.

I was working so I spent little time in the hotel during the day but on an evening it was quiet. The rooms are clean tidy and comfortable. Not much else on the site but if you are just looking for a hotel room without the extras then recommended.

Place was very nice and comfortable. Has great pools and 2 fitness centers. Also a kid’s room next to pool. Not on beach but has a slight sea view from unit. Should have had some cutleries like knife and chopping board and also room sandals for pool use. Overall very good place to stay. Host was also very friendly. Recommended for stay.

The property have separated 5 bed rooms, shower and toilet (in each rooms), a kitchen, a laundry room, a living room, a dining room and private pool. There is a security box. Facility was slightly old, but enough for us. House keepers took care of us when we had some inconvenient issues. They live at house in front of the property, so it was easy to ask anything such as restaurants, massage shops and activities. Very good house keepers with great hospitality.

The Hotel was excellent place to whom seeking for relaxation and high class living, the area, beach and hotel facilities is clean, the staff are helpful and excellent attitude, the view is so great. i would go back again just for the hotel.

I stayed 4night/5days. It's really quite and near the beach also they had two big swimming pool at out side. We wanted to relax and chill trip to Thailand. So Little a bit far to go Pattaya beach and street walk by 20mins from this place BUT we walking around that any street and was fun. If we come to Thailand again, we will stay one more time;) Thank you for that time!!

I had no doubts about the room or the pool on the roof. Everything was like on the pictures. Keep in mind, that the facilities on the "B" floor are mostly was broken or unusable (snooker or mini football games was in very bad condition), big TV on the "B" floor worked, but it did not have any channels and internet did not work there (i was there for 2 weeks in high season with permanent lack of the internet). but if u buy 4G unlimited mobile internet and netflix account you can enjoy that area (unless somebody is playing pool at the same time). i was extra charged for the electricity. for me it was about 700 THB for 2 weeks. i did not get any bed sheets change or room cleaning in 2 weeks period, so i had to resolve it by my own. free wifi did not worked 80% of the time. in other time it worked badly. the staff is very friendly. the beach nearby is nice. the sea is polluted (plastic, waste, cigarettes, condoms...). it is not about exactly this place - it is pattaya problem. just fyi.

Walk distance to Wongamat beach but the resort is small house with rooms. It is much older than what showed in the pictures. The room is ok but the toilet smells and not so clean. The bbq grill at the garden is way too rusted to be use. Kind staff though, a young 15yrsold girl and few other young staff.
