Lovely place, perfect location.”

Room was lovely, very spacious but always lovely and warm. Bed was so comfortable we never struggled getting to sleep. Perfect location for what we needed and the staff member we met was lovely. Will definitely stay here next time.
We have no complaints, think the only thing was the wifi code didn't work for us but we had data so wasn't fussed too much.

We had a lovely stay at Woodlands. Rooms were huge. Warm, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lots of parking and just a few minutes walk from places to eat and the train station to take you into the centre of Liverpool.

Excellent hosts, great location and this guest house is definitely excellent value for money. We had a lovely family stay there. Thank you Bernie and Mike.
Very minor suggestion: Would have liked a bit more of a range for drinks at breakfast, eg other types of teas or juice. Also a choice to have additional items such as hash browns or mushrooms.

Lovely stay”

Bernie is a wonderful Host. She is very caring and attentive to her guests' needs. Woodlands Guest House is 5 min steps from the railway of waterloo and in 10 minutes you can reach Liverpool Central and many more attraction sites, like Crosby beach. The area around the Guest House doesn't offer much but there are a few nice pubs and restaurants. Rooms are clean and tidy. English breakfast very good. Would definitely recommend if you are keen to stay out of the chaos of the city.

Comfortable accommodation nice big room with flat screen TV. Tea and coffee making facilities. Fresh smelling bedding and soft towels. Free parking and just up the road from the train station and a few shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good. Cooked to order.

Lovely quiet location but close to Waterloo high street and station aswell as Crosby beach with the Anthony Gormley statues. Great breakfast, spacious clean room and very reasonable price.
Would have liked a little bit more storage for luggage.
