Beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful. Reasonably priced food and drinks. The pool was nice and the dorm was spacious.
Had to pay for drinking water. No screens on the dorm so mosquitoes were a problem.

Great place to stay at for the quiet and the greenery, not to mention the pool of a very decent size - the biggest I saw in Vietnam.
My experience with food there was not the best however, I ended up having all my meals in town in CatBa.

Wonderful place that I’ve already thought about coming back since I left.”

Excellent customer service with English 2 unusual English-speaking staff: a beautiful manager and My: young but amazingly good at English communications. Super fresh and yummy food served with big portions that can make you fulfilled at reasonable prices. The big swimming pool is one of the highlights of the accommodation. It’s cool and not as dirty as any other common home-stays. The tents are well-prepared with clean sheets and pillows. Beside the main staff, the whole family living there are wonderful helpers as well. They care enough for your happy stay but not too much as to surpass your privacy zone.
Bad luck for me as the night I was staying here, it was raining heavily for such a long time that the waterproof tent could not withstand the pouring water power. I ended up getting asked to move to a dorm where everything was just as nice. Mosquitoes, the jungle specialty, were all the time the utmost annoying element, and it’s nothing close to the place’s fault.

The beds were clean and comfortable. It was good value for money. The staff were kind but there is room for improvement. The pool is a bonus in the heat and the nature around the property is stunning!
The food was very average and oily/greasy. Better or more options of food from areas near by would have been better. An option for renting bikes or a taxi service would have been helpful because we felt stranded and the staff were not very helpful when it came to asking questions about how to get around. The dorm rooms are not sound proof so if you are a light sleeper or don't like hearing the sound of snoring, these room options aren't for you.

loved the vibe at the camp, nice views of the mountains and a great swimming pool. The family was very nice and they made us a fire where they bbqed for us.
little bit far, but with a motorcycle it is doable.

Beautiful getaway into nature”

The location is fabulous and the staff are all so friendly and happy to help you with whatever you need! Be sure to sign up for the delicious family dinner which is cooked by the Vietnamese staff, it was great and all veggie :) The pool and facilities are perfect, it's a great place to come and chill after long days adventuring around Cát Bà! Oh and if it couldn't get better they have the most gorgeous doggos! We will be back to visit again. Thank you for a great stay!

Good place, in the jungle so it’s perfect if it’s sunny, there are some activities in the camp. Good hippie vibes !
We had to leave at 7 in the morning and we wanted to pay in the evening the day before for not losing time. They didnt want as they were not working anymore, so that’s ok, but they told us it’s ok for 7am. We explained the situation, we were going to be in the rush... and the next day in the morning the taxi had to wait 30 min for us because we were waiting for the check out and our passports! ... We didnt have time to do what we wanted before the boat.

The accomodation is just beautiful and lovely! Everything is clean and the tent were we stayed in was more comfortable than I expected. We had the best view. Staff is superfriendly and cooperative. Really liked the dogs as well and the boardgames. All the guests seem very happy and relaxed, just as was I!

Shower was amazing & the dorms are great to stay in. Each bed has a privacy curtain amd its own light & fan. Food was lovely & the family dinners are a great idea. Good WiFi too.
Was a little out of the way, about 30 mims drive from the centre. You can rent a bike for 80k a day but be careful not to drive back in the dark it can be a little daunting.
