Excellent property and very convenient. the amenities were great. Gorgeous building And high quality. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting with kids and young children. Ekamai Bts is just 4 mins walk from the hotel and gateway mall is just next to the hotel.

Rooftop Pool Closed”
While the lobby was lovely and our room was comfortable, we were disappointed to discover that the rooftop pool was not accessible during our stay. It was the feature that led us to book this hotel over other options.

Bed felt filthy dirty, probably infested with beg bugs, pillow was flimsy and felt old and dirty too, worst 'micro gym' in Bangkok, terrible quality furniture in the room - really cannot believe this place gets such a high rating there's nothing positive about the place. I managed maybe 2 or 3 hours of sleep there. Cannot recommend it at all.

Gorgeous rooms!”
The loft rooms with the floor to ceiling windows were beautiful, and the bed was large and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. No dish soap or laundry powder provided, while it might be expected for typical apartment type hotels, I was already aware of this from reading previous reviews so it didn't affect me too much. Location was convenient with a 2 minute walk to BTS station and supermarket. Room could've been slightly more clean, but overall it was a fantastic stay.

No breakfast, one bedroom type with kitchenette. Good things - Two A/C set at 19°c will work well enough - Two nice rubber sandals available (size not over 40 or 7.5) - Two in-room slippers available - Many large towels just in case you go to the pool - Two bathrobes - Sheets are nicely clean - Netflix available - High standard toilet/sanitary wares - All you need sanitary kits - Umbrella available - Three elevators, no line - 5 min walk to Gateway Ekkamai - Food delivery drop off point, convenient, just tell them your room# Not so good things - Too hot lobby, really - Door to the bulcony can't be locked up - No dishwasher agent/sponge - Some room smells bad (I checked one on the 2nd floor) - Automated parking only, no other options for the guests - Room door is not soundproof at all and the ceiling doesn't work well as expected

Very short walk to the BTL, mall with lots of quick food choices close by, Starbucks close by, coffee shop on site, easy to get a GRAB ride also. Great massage amenity, but only open until 4pm. Food is okay, don’t really recommend that. Concierge is amazing. Room- we got a city view that was so perfect. The room was stellar in terms of clean and updates. Tiny but all the amenities. Also, robe, slippers and house shoes. Complementary water. Washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable. Beautiful grounds and building. Great for the price, we scored on this one. With agoda always choose SHA *EXTRA* PLUS and pay close attention to reviews and check reviews online elsewhere. Easy ride from airport.. we weren’t stuck in traffic like we would’ve been staying closer in.
