I love X2 hotels very clean and nice room! Our room is one bed room with nice bathroom and kitchen. Great services. The restaurant is on 8th floor, it’s really nice restaurant by the pool could see the beach. Oh and the hotel is not far from Jom Tien Beach with walking distance. Really privacy! Love it so much! We’ll definitely be back.

OVERALL & PROMOTION: Great value, very nice location and staff hospitality. We stay for 3D2N trip on the 4th floor. We also got 2 vouchers complimentary of welcome drink and afternoon tea set which is very nice (but you will need to plan your meal to enjoy the moment). FOOD: breakfast set (select 2 choices from menu), we would recommend to order for Thai food menu (for western food chef still need improvement such as mac n cheese or pasta meat ball). FACILITIES: Great swimming pool (8th fl.) with the view of the ocean in horizontal (only 500m. to Chomtein beach) and great place for breakfast view too. IN ROOM: our room is in the corner so we got very comfy and well balance when we setup on working station. They also got 2 TVs (1 bedroom & 1 living area) with HDMI port to connect with your nintendo switch game or laptop for movies. The hot water in room is more of hot & cold experiences. Also I want to mention that they have glass bottle of complimentary water that is great for reusable purpose (*kudo to the idea) of sustainability and care for the earth. KITCHEN: They got refrigerator, microwave, kettle and plate set for two persons which are very convenient for those who plan to spend time indoor (during COVID-19 period trip).

A bit far from city but it's quiet and peaceful. Welcome drink at rooftop is awesome. Delicious breakfast. Parking lot is enough for guest. Room is very clean and bed is so comfy. I would love to come back again.

Staff was so kind and helpful. The pillows were so comfy and bigger than others. The room was so clean. Bedroom is separated from living room and kitchen. However the room looks smaller than the picture.

Service: great services from K. Ken and K. Neung. They were both very kind, friendly, attentive to requests and tried to make sure I had a pleasant experience. Other staff was also great. Breakfast: Tasty but not much in variety. Only bought one meal. Decided not to take it on the next day. Room: beautiful room. Clean & spacious. Good house keeping. Provided sufficient amenities. Water in the shower was kinda weak and temperature fluctuated. I had trouble sleeping on the 1st night due to noise from outside the room. Fortunately, I brought my earplugs with me and I could sleep soundly on the 2nd night. Atmosphere: Love the rooftop bar and outdoor seatings of 4k cafe!! I spent a lot of time there enjoying my book, music and nice breeze!!!

I made a mess by booking the wrong dates. This was quickly corrected Hotel staff was efficient and all spoke good English. A welcome drink was provided and nice happy hour deal food was top notch. Room was big with nice sofa and sliding door so I can watch TV while my wife was sleeping and not disturb her fully stocked fridge with wine beer chocolate also had chips nuts as well as condoms and lady pads face mask hand sanitiser and 4 big bottles of free water two cold. Super clean soft bed rain shower with great pressure lighting a tad dim in bathroom but not a big problem. bed was nice and medium soft TV had plenty of English French Russian Chinese Channels. Perfect hotel loved my stay will be back soon.
