My stay in Xavia Hotel is a treat. Staff in hotel provides 5 star services. They speak fluent English, help you to carry luggage, and most surprising is they even update you the up to date flight status, where my flight was delay due to storm. Really great service from all Xavia hotel members. I also got a room upgrade to Executive Suite room, which is another great plus. The room is so big, and clean with bath tub. They also gave us fruits in the room. Everything is perfect in this hotel. No complaint. Food for buffet is great with variety of choices. Best hotel in nha trang. 👍🏻

The front desk staff was very helpful and patient, I saw them explain patiently to customer even thought the customer was rude. The hotel offer free upgrade to better room and the view is the best in town. Facing Vinpearl island and I was able to see the sunrise in the hotel room. Hotel staff was very thoughtful and I think there are well train to work in service line, they put cards into the room to welcome us and the last day we stay they also leave a card to thanks us for the stay. One card but it touch our heart. The hotel was very clean and everyday they clean our bedroom and replace our tooth brush. Definitely will stay at the same hotel if I visit Nha Trang again.

Great hotel right beside the beach”
The hotel is in a great location and our room looked right out onto the beach and ocean. Staff were very polite, helpful and spoke good english. Our room was great and cleaned everyday and we had a nice large bed. The food was also great and breakfast is a buffet where you help yourself, it had a selection of western and asian food. If you need you can rent a motorcyle which we did, we rented one for 2days to go sightseeing. There is a pool and gym, the pool is nice but quite cold in the morning so dont jump in unless you want a cold shock. I would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and everything was great. Reception staff excellent always happy to help, breakfast was delicious everyone can found something to eat.Location is perfect, seaside just 4 min walk also around is a lot of shops and restaurants. The best bargain in Nha Trang. Away from the busy and noisy downtown, the traffic jams, the sound of hysteric car horns, friendly staff at the reception, beautiful (though cold) swimming pool, very comfortable rooms with incredible views to the beach, amazing breakfast buffet, a walk from a nice, quiet beach. Just one recommendation: please change the song during the breakfast buffet... it must have played at least 20 times while we were having breakfast!

Excellent experiences with best staffs ever ”
It was the first time for me to visit Nha Trang and I enjoyed so much during staying here. Super beautiful beach view, full-furnished room so comfortable and especially the staffs were so friendly and kind that helped me a lot. Every receptionists I met were so friendly and kind with fluent English speaking skill which helped me communicate easily with them. I appreciate and highly recommend this hotel very much !!!!!!!! :)

Nha Trang is amazing - if you are looking from Xavia hotel to the city. We did get a upgrade and did enjoy the beautiful view to the beach and the city. The breakfast was rich and the fresh made eggs were delicious. Also the swimming pool with the gym were clean and really helpful. Also the option to put the motorbike into the garage were great. One of the best experience in Nha Trang”
My family stayed here for 3 days for my weddings and they're very satisfied during the time staying here. Especially, Xavia hotel gave me a surprise as Trân, a Customer service staff, prepared a dishes of cake in our room to congratulate my wedding day although I do not how do they know my wedding date and name of me and my wife :). Thanks for a great experience.

All the staff were very friendly. We had the ocean view room which was really nice, clean and spacious. Good variety for breakfast. Beach was a short walk. Highly recommend this to everyone.

Exceptional”
Hotel was in a very nice location with beachfront views from our balcony. From Xavia to the night market was only 2km which was very easy to go by taxi or even walk. Right next to the hotel there was a street named Da Tuong which had everything you needed e.g. convenient stores, food stalls, dry cleaning... Staff was very friendly and helpful, always recommending places to go and eat. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious. There was a very nice pool and gym which was accessible everyday. The buffet had many options and was easy to eat, however the food wasn't outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and will 100% come back on our next trip to Nha Trang.

The reception area is spacious and filled with sofas which is really good for resting while waiting. The room is clean, spacious, lots of natural lights thanks to big windows. Location is good as well. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Good choice for couple need a see view and relax holiday”
The hotel is near the beach without any other building in front, you can see the ocean and the Vinpearl. There are a lot of suite and premier rooms with large balcony. The buffet breakfast, swimming pool and gym service are good. The hotel is not too far from center of city, easy to move by rented motobike of xich lo (3 wheels bycicles) or taxi.

Quite enjoy the stay. Very clean and good quality of hotel. Staff can speak mandarin. This hotel nearby the seaside. But if you are keen for the bar or club, it really far by walking.

A little awkward location and noisy atmosphere, but value for money”
The hotel sits right across the road from a night market/concert area, which renders the area as an all-night-long-noisy place. I wish that they would allow the awkward music to stop at 9 PM at the latest, but I guess this is something that beyond the hotel's control. The friendliest staff and the young female intern were extremely kind. All staff spoke good English and the bar on the 4F next to the cozy swimming pool provided the best fruit juice ever. The spa on the 4th floor was small but really nice, warm and welcoming. The best part was that I didn't have to book in advance and still get a 10% discount. Also, their price was the most reasonable figure ever experienced in Nha Trang. I loved their welcome message that greeted me, their bowl of fruit, which made me realize the enormous amount of effort and love that were afforded to my luxurious ocean-view room. It was something so trivial, but something that really made my day. Thank you for being the warmest hotel in Nha Trang.

Upgraded our room and provided a surprise birthday cake for my girlfriend, didn't request for that nor mentioned that it was her birthday, thank you so much for the surprise and attention to details. Both of us are very glad to stay there. The swimming pool is very nice as well. Overall, helpful and polite staff, good environment.

It's a good choice for visiting Nha Trang”
I booked this hotel for my short vacation. My booking was superior room for 3 days and the hotel upgraded my room to Deluxe room for free. The room was quite clean with sea view. I could enjoy the sea and mountain view from my room with a small balcony. It was quite far the central of Nha Trang city. The minus point was too much Chinese people with noisy and laughing, it was no claim from me but my friend. Will book this hotel again if having chance!

A little soulless but very good”
Very nice room, great facilities, nice breakfast...big! I was very politely accused of accidentally packing a hand towel at the checkout. I refused to unpack to look, told them they had mistake, which they had. It slightly ruined the otherwise good experience.
