Good place to visit Ninh Binh”
The hotel is in a good position, the room is clean and confortable. The staff is friendly and can arrange for you bike and motorbike rental, private car tour to the National Park and bus/train tickets for the next step. The breakfast is poor but for this price is reasonable. I would recommend it to everyone who want to spend some days in Ninh Binh

The Xuan Hoa Hotel will be one of my best memories from Vietnam. The food was great, the staff were super friendly and unbelievably helpful with local knowledge. If you get time, do the homestay that they offer out at Pu Luong! I have been in Vietnam for 3 weeks now it is has been by far the highlight of the trip! I had terrible weather, and I was recovering from food poisoning but honestly, it will be the best thing you do. Ask to have a read of their journal that they have at the front desk to read what everyone else has to say, as that was what got me! Most of all, have fun! Mr. Xuan is very helpful and offer some very good tours worth every Penne. Hotel is nothing special and Ninh Bin town itself rather boring... Still you should consider it!

Top place to stay in Nihn Binh. Not kind of fancy, but very clean and quiet. Really good Bed. Helpful Staff. My recommendation: 3 day trip to Pu Luong National Park guided by owners son.

i agree with the review above. the food was barely edible and the hotel was very noisy at 5am when a tour was leaving. my room was adequate but it had the worst shower i have ever had. also, internet didn't work in my room and barely worked in the lobby. too bad because the hosts and the region are really lovely, the rooms are large with comfy beds, and the hotel's location is ideal.

Very strict pay for everything”
Room on 4th floor was good. Reasonably sized and bed okay and bathroom okay. Breakfeast included and extra coffee was a cost. Strict checkin and checkout time. Extra USD6 for early checkin and later checkout. Kinda felt that money for everything was the norm here. Owner and son were very helpful. Hired motorbikes and could not make petrol station for first fill as not enough fuel. Mentioned this and owner was not concerned, but extra coffee at breakfeast was more important to us being charged. Kinda spoilt the stay. Location not close to any resturants that we could find except for Vietnamese kitchens. Only recomend for 1x night stay. Air con was okay and worked. No views from room. About 1.2km from GA Nu h Binh train station. Nothing special, just a basic hotel room.

Warm welcome in a very nice hotel”
We arrived late on a train from Hanoi. The taxi from the station was only 18000 dong and we were immediately shown to a spacious and very clean room. Breakfast was included and was very nice and quick. Great experience and would recommend highly.

I only stayed for a night, but the owner was very helpful. He knows the area and speaks good English. Nice location in front of a small lake, walking distance to the bus station. My room had no view, but had frosted windows that at least let in some sunlight. Breakfast was pretty basic, eggs or pancakes. I would stay here again.

Hôtel satisfaisant malgré l'emplacement mais manque de confort au niveau accueil ....aucun coin relax prévu pour les voyageurs ........coin canapé réservé uniquement à la famille qui accueille .....comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels et auberges , dommage ! J'ai dû attendre un bus durant des heures assise sur une raide chaise en bois de la salle à manger !

Ninh Binh est une ville où il n'y a rien à faire, ni à voir. Le seul intérêt de s'y arrêter est d'être situé entre les deux sites touristiques de Trang An et Tam Coc.Choisir plutôt de dormir à Tam Coc et louer un scooter (ou prendre un taxi) pour se rendre sur l'autre site. Trang An et Tam Coc sont vraiment à faire.
