Good location, good price and breakfast included”
I travel to Da Nang quite often and I chose this hotel very carefully - location, price and breakfast incl. Luckily I was not disappointed. It is still very difficult to find acceptable breakfast in Danang - everywhere just soups and another Vietnamese disgust. So, some breakfast in hotel is great. Within 1 day you can travel to the Marble Mountings, Hoi An and My Son.

VIP Sweet !”
We booked for our whole family all adults into the VIP suites they were value for the dollars! ,they were sepatated on 3 different floors however.Very large clean well appointed a damm good deal, these were the largest rooms that we had on our holiday this year.Girls -Dont make the mistake of going to the sauna -massage room as itis not what it seems.....not a part of the hotel but it has the same name.

Decided to take the higher priced room,and was amazed at the size of the room.Not just the size,but also the quality of the accomodations.A nice large bed,beautiful marble tiled floor,and a massive bath!Great location,as everything is within walking distance.I'm heading that way again next year,and I won't hesitate to stay there again!

I liked it so much that I stayed an extra night!As mentioned before, the room was huge.Nice big bathroom with a massive bath.No hot water problems.They supplied everything you need :shampoo,soap,toothbrush/toothpaste,razor!Small but adequate breakfast buffet to start the morning.Great hotel

Brief just what I needed”
Only needed a room here for a very late arrival and early departure the next day but I was very pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was for the tiny rate I paid. Front desk was very helpful and friendly and the room was great!

comfort at a very good price”
i arrived from the airport at 10pm and the friendly staff were waiting to help me settle in. Happily there is a bakery accross the road for a late night dinner, and a well stocked reasonably priced mini-bar for beverages. For 1 night only, but woke feeling very refreshed and ready for next adventure.

surprisingly pleasant stay”
the hotel is a lttle tired, but it was a good choice to stay there, overall and it was good value. even though the room was near the road, double-glazed windows meant it was quiet. the bed was comfortable and the a/c was quiet and trouble-free. the staff were helpful and the buffet breakfast was delicious, definately locally produced and inspired, for there were flavour combinations and items i had never come across before.

check-in was easy as was finding the place from the train station. the rooms are small but come with ac, wifi, tv with cable/hbo, stocked fridge, and snacks. the staff was friendly and always helped us call a taxi. the breakfast cost extra... about a dollar per item. we never ate there so i can't review the food.

It's OK for a budget hotel”
The room is quite clean & well-equipped. Near the hotel, many food shops open until midnight. You can enjoy good food after seeing Han River Bridge at night. The breakfast included in room rate, I don't expect it is good. However, they are all nice, like a small buffet with several options.. Generally, it's OK for staying with the cheap price.

Clean and efficient budget hotel”
we stayed here as tourists, to use it as a base to see the (few) local attractions. it would be best for business travellers - clean, good location etc. breakfast is extra, but that didn't matter to us as we don't eat first thing. our purpose was to visit the cham museum, and its about 10-15 minutes walk away (to the right as you face the sea, south). it served its purpose well, but other than business there is no major reason to stop in danang - if you want beaches, you need to be to the north-west right along the coast.

The hotel looked nice, but the hotel staff made the stay so unpleasant. They did not seem to want to be there and did not care to help guests. When we asked questions, we were blatantly ignored. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful.

Be aware the cab charge you twice $ 15000 more for the toll from and to airport . which they only pay once to entrance the airport. only few minute walk to Han market and river. Very clean room any friendly staff.

Not Happy”
The location of the hotel is situated three streets back from the river. This is ideal to access the river area and the central Danang area. Generally the rooms were of a good standard, with cable TV, seperate shower and phone. The dinning room was clean and functional, but the food was suitable for Vietnamese only. The hotel does not cater for Western guests. On the down side, we discovered after arriving back from touring Danag at 2300 that the hot water service was not connected; modifications had been carried out in our room. We notified the reception of this fault, after numerous maint personnel came, looked and went we were asked to move rooms. This was at 2330. We did move to another room on a higher floor, this entailed packing up all our belongings and then unpacking again. The next morning we approached reception reference some sort of compensation for the previous evenings problems. Advice was they would speak to the boss reference having the next night at no cost. When we rteturned to the hotel that evening there was no reply reference our request. The next morning on booking out we broched the subject of the compo, the response was, quote" boss say no compo" unquote. I asked why we had not been informed of this fact and then the story changed to that they could not contact their boss. In other words they made no attempt to sort out the complaint or request. We then left ensuring that they were very aware that we were not happy at all. In summary, I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommebd it to any one else.

It's near Han River bridge. The room with large balcony where you can easy to see beautiful sights. The rate is cheap and breakfast included is nice. The room is not comfortable at all. Overall, it's value for money & good location. Those are I love!

Xuan Hung Hotel”
if for some reason, you really need to stay overnight and nothing else, this hotel is fine and cheap. the bed cover serves as the blanket as well and it is itchy. there is also an uncomfortable air of sleaze in the hotel and somehow if you are a solo traveler, you will not feel at ease. there is not much choice for restaurant in the area itself, except for the baguette lady on the street.. nice and crunchy. much better than the breakfast buffet where unpalatable food is served by the grumpy kitchen staff.
