I can not recommend Sunrise highly enough. We picked it based on some reviews i read and it certainly didn't disappoint. The staff went completely out of their way to be friendly and polite, helping to let us know what a taxi should cost to places so we didn't get ripped off. The room was amazing with 2 balconies, one that looked straight across to the beach. Buffet breakfast was great with so many things to chose from including local and international selections. The pool is gorgeous and although you may look at it and think it could get crowded, for the 5 days we were there, we never found it with too many people in it. We loved the location as we aren't 20 year old backpackers wanting to be right in the heart of the noise and nightlife but for those who do want to be, you should know its about a 10-15 min walk from the main restaurant/tour booking office area. We were happy with this as we didn't mind this walk at night and it meant we had peace and quiet when we were in our hotel room. I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly say to choose this one over others as it is still so cheap when you consider what it equates to in AUD$ but offers real luxury for a Best Western price.

Michelia's staff really takes service to heart; they take initiatives to make sure we felt valued and welcome. For example, we realized that the room we booked did not have the full ocean view we wanted, they patiently showed us different rooms so that we could decide which one to move to. Also, they helped us book tours and train tickets. Great service even took place in the restaurant; when my girlfriend had trouble carrying her bowl of pho to our table, a chef went out of his way to carry it to the table for her without her asking. These are just some examples of great service we received. Everywhere we went on premise, a staff person would come to assist us, whether at the private beach or the swimming pool. One time my door card didn't work, the housekeeper next door came to assist! She called the front desk for me so that I didn't have to run back down to the front desk. Can you expect this level of service from other 4-star hotels? We were really impressed.

Have a good deal when booking thru Agoda coz when they tell me about the normal price for my room it makes me jump ! Because it’s too expensive for what the hotel offer you. The hotel looks nice from outside but the everything else. Old smelly room, old slow elevator, old furniture..seems never been maintained. Somehow most of clients are Chinese and Russian . Very poor breakfast and sfaff are not really helpful. I defy not recommend this hotel for my friends or family

Glad we booked ahead as Nha Trang is a popular vacation spot. The hotel is a block away from the beach and a couple of markets. The beach is not as crowded as .25 km further down the shore. Taxis are cheap to get around.

Less convenient for going to the sea , but ít ‘ s convenient for us to go to see relatives

lift was in good working condition compared to some others that we stayed at the receptionist was very kind to hold onto our luggage during the day we greatly enjoyed our stay with them as well as this, the hotel was in the centre of the main nha trang tourist area surrounded by bars, pubs, restaurants, street stores and even a place to rent motorbikes from the beach was in sight from the top floor great hotel overall

this hotel is pretty new and we can recommend it highly. the room and bathroom are roomy and excellent. the service is first class, the staff is always helpful and smiling all the time. the breakfast buffet is outstanding and the best we had so far in vietnam. roof top restaurant has excellent views. the hotel is located central and only a short walk away from the beach.

this will be our hotel in nha trang from now on! this is a bit far from popular attractions, like sailing and louisiane. but its very nice quite and quaint. close to the central market and walking distance to cheap eats. staff were very friendly and all the taxis knew where the hotel is. when booking, make sure you ask for a room with a window otherwise you can easily sleep till noon in the dark comfortable rooms. the beds are extremely comfortable and our sheets and towels were changed every day.

The hotel was not worth what we spend on. By foot it took us around 30-40 minutes to the backpackers centre ("sailing club"). We found dirty underwear next to the TV, and in the morning the elevator didn't work so we had to walk down 4 stories. Other than that, the room wasn't as the pictures on the website were. We were glad to move out from there...We suggest you do the same

This review is a little belated, but I still wanted to make it as the family who run this place are absolutely lovely! We stayed here over Vietnamese New Year and they were so welcoming and hospitable, inviting us for drink and food and a nice conversation. Its clean, has AirCon, and is not far from the beach at all! Thank you so much to Tinh & your father & the rest of the family

This is likie staying with a family. Small and cozy place. Clean rooms, good service with personal tocuh. Easy to make friends with the staff and other guests. Would be good if there would be a door bell or phone number to call if want to get in. Would be also nice to be able to go the beach early morning without disturbing others too much.

Staffs are friendly and helpfull. Front desk receptionist are nice and prompt: especially, I remembered the names of 2 girls : Nhi and Anh , for my opinion , they are excellent of services. Certainly, I will be back to bavico when I travel to nha trang again .

By the time i got there i think i am the only person who stayed at the place i book a capsule hotel room but got upgrade into a single room Nice staff

Great place, will visit again. One minor issue: When checking me in, the reception guy make his point very clear that the hotel will send people to check the fridge to see if I eat anything from the honor bar. Probably that he was just following the checking script. Still a little offended though. Do I look poor and likely to steal some snack? you worry about a $1 potato chip bag ? make sense in a $5 hostel, but here ??? Anyway, still a good hotel. Will comeback.

Pros: Comfortable bed, decent location, ice coffee in the morning, hot shower, friendly staff who do their best to help wherever possible. Cons: Very small room (no space for bags), free breakfast was non-existent on the 28th and 29th because of a public holiday on the 30th (logic?). tried to charge more for the night of the 28th because of this. We settled on the normal rate (but still no breakfast) so value was poor overall.

I travel a lot and used various hotel booking sites so many times but this hotel is definitely the best one for the money. Pros: Spacious room and well equipped facility. Close to many restaurants, market. Good view of the river Cai. Kind and helpful receptionists. Cons: No accessibility for wheelchairs or baby stroller. You need to lift up by yourself.
