What is lacking only selection of food perhaps because we came too early many other places hasnt opened yet so can only eat at the hotel. Special thanks to Aaron, super Aussie dude for being super helpful for everything we needed. We'll definitely come back soon!!"

"We had a great time in a twin room. Very spacious with balcony overlooking ski slopes. We were a few days too early to use the okushiga ski lift but the hotel shuttle bus took us to lifts that were open. Had the onsen to ourselves both days - also overlooking the snow covered mountains and carpark. A great relaxation room too with massage chairs. Food is delicious but rather pricey for dinner. Staff very helpful. "
