Excellent Hotel ”
Despite having read poor reviews of this hotel,we found this hotel to be great value for money. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. However, there was a lack of storage space for the long term guest. The bathroom had a range of complimentary toiletries and an abundant flow of hot water at all hours. House keeping staff were prompt in responding to requests and always warm and courteous. Reception staff were very efficient. However, on two occasions they had insufficient local currency to enable us to exchange cash. The pool area was clean and had sufficient beds and sun shades for the number of guests. No towels were available. The pool bar was not in operation and the fitness room was woefully under equipped. The positive aspects of this hotel far outweighed the few negative points and we think that his hotel is excellent value for money.

Great location ”
All went very well except tour desk made an airline reservation for me and unfortunately I paid cash to avoid steep credit card charge. I received an email from hotel clerk with the reservation booking number on a Vietjet looking attachment page. However, at the Cam Ranh airport as best I could tell, somehow the reservation had been canceled. Only option at that point was to pay again. This time with credit card; slow learner. Fortunately, the flight was not fully booked, but with the language barrier, it was an unneeded stress for about a half an hour. We had gotten to the airport plenty early. Whole checkin process was not the smoothest. Have to weigh bags and if money is required have to take a paper to another location; pay and return to bag area. Security was a breeze. Short Vietjet flight to Da Nang went well. Hotel has promised in their way to get a refund for the tickets paid for in cash. Eagerly waiting to see this happen.

Hotel was good value for location and price. I came for a view of ocean and think i got it for best price. Hotel arranged driver and English speaking guide for 5 hour tour. Mr Do an Hoa tailored the toir to ourneeds and did a great job including a place for good lunch.

Good stay I had in general. Convenient location for different activities of the group, clean room and amenities, cozy staff though they're late in taking up my stuff for laundry service. But finally, stuff were returned on time. Good street food available nearby the hotel.

On arrival we weren't that excited about Yasaka hotel but after a day or two we'd settled in and began to enjoy our stay. It's up the quieter end of the beach but we walked to the busy area each day and night so it was nice to see a lot of Nha Trang. A bit dissapointed that their were only 6 day beds on the beach for such a larg hotel but in the end we were exploring our surounds so it didn't matter. Brakfast buffet was nice to start our day. Their is a great shopping centre on one side and Yasaka bar on the other. The shopping centre has a cinema and food court, fun games to keep kids entertained. The view of the beach from our room was stunning. Nice hotel

Yasaka is quite old, but valued for money. Because it’s right on Tran Phu street, with private beach (no towel), sea view room, clean, friendly staffs. But small swimming pool, old and boring gym tools, and breakfast is just ok

Great Value for Money - Pretty Good Location”
The location and proximity to the beach make this an excellent choice for beachgoers and explorers. Our Senior Deluxe Sea View room offered a great view of the Tran Phu Beach which was literally across the road. The Nha Trang Night Market and the leisure area on Nha Trang Bay are just a few minutes walk away. The staff were not as cheerful or helpful as you would expect from a 4-star hotel, but we were there during the Covid-19 outbreak – which could explain their lack of enthusiasm. The room’s furnishings are your usual four-star standard, but we did secure a second desk (score). The room itself is spacious and the views (from the 10th floor) are pretty good partial sea views. Definitely our pick – if we were to return to Nha Trang.

Pros are great view, comfy bed. Cons are 6 day beds at the beach for a huge hotel, elevators are extremely slow and WiFi is not available. Hotel is in a nice enough area but unfortunately won't be back

The room has been cleaned with a wet floor and a bad smell. The air conditioner is broken so we have to change rooms Staff did not check well the room condition when delivered to guests. attitude of disrespectful staff. force guests to sign a pledge when they do not use food in the room. Treat guests like thieves. I feel like being offenced.
