Near Pak nam Pier”
Pak Meng Pier is a good start for traveling to the Andaman Islands by ferry. In case you can't be in time for the twelve o'clock ferry: Yatale Resort (meaning sea grass or seaweed) is a good place to stay. Nothing special, but clean and comfortable, worthwhile the price.

Small hotel without facilities ”
This hotel has only 8 rooms, the rooms cleanliness needs to be improved.... furnitures were old and unkept, stuck curtains, broken furnitures remain unfixed.. and the extra bed was horrible. Positives: location is just across a beautiful beach.. I woke up early to see sunrise and it was extremely gorgeous . The staff were friendly too.

Very Unhygienic Accommodation”
The room was obviously not cleaned before our arrival. It was very dusty with full of lizard poos. More than that, there was a used towel from previous guest and snacks left in the cabinet (not sure how long ago was that). When we called the receptionist, it took us almost an hour to get hold of them and the maid/receptionist just came to remove them from the room but did not clean anything. We got itchy and rashes after lying on the bed therefore we left the hotel. From what we have seen, there were only 2 hotel staff there and a mechanic. When we called Agoda, we did not receive very satisfying assistance. We were told that the hotel would not give us the refund of the first night if we wanted to cancel the booking (we booked for 2 nights) because we had checked in and used the room. We tried explaining that we would not experience awful stay if we did not check in nor used the room. Of course, if we knew, we would not book for this hotel at this price.

Recommened hotel in Pak-meng”
a large well-design room with huge outdoor bath tub (but u must bring bath foam by urseft) There is no swimming pool Foods are tasty at reasonable price at "play-yuan restaurant" In this visit I have a trouble with booking problem but hotel staffs and agoda staff also are really helpful and nice, thank you I recommended this resort if you plan to stay at Pak-meng beach

Lovely Resort on Pak Meng Beach”
I have been through Pak Meng Beach on the way to the Trang Islands, but I had never stayed before. The Ya Talay Resort a classy newer addition here. The rooms are great, the restaurant and bar are excellent. The only problem being its location. You really need transportation here as the beach directly in front of the resort is not really swimmable and the sand is much better down the road. If you have transportation, this is an excellent place to stay. Be warned, when the sun goes down, the mosquitos come out. The staff is very attentive to this and lights coils and supplies a high quality natural repellent. There is light at the end of the tunnel as they seem to go away after the initial surge.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. It was a little way outside the main bit of the beach but within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our evening walk. We would go back there again definitely given a chance.

I think this hotel is very comfortable utilities and it seem unique for room privation especially in bath room where is suitable for couple honeymoon. I kindly comment about inconvenience of the WIFI connection. The Hotel should serve in room due to this time in every things is need to internet connection. But other is quite good for this hotel.

A small, clean hotel for a relaxing weekend next to miles and miles of beach”
First off, the rooms do not have the sea view. But the beach is right in front of the hotel, and the sights are spectacular. if you are a jogger or a cyclist, there is a promenade next to the beach. At one end of the road are eateries and food stalls. If you travel towards the other end, the road is lined with big trees. When I checked in, I was the only guest. The room is clean and bathroom is large (and I dont know why.) The bathroom has an outside tub but I wouldn't use it as it didn't look clean enough to soak myself in it. The staff was friendly albeit I only met a security and the receptionist during my overnight stay. I will definitely stay there if I visit, and so far this place has been very much understated.

Good place for rest & relax”
A good place for romance and honeymoon but no swimming pool is available and the beach is not suitable for swim or sun bath. The private outdoor bathtub is nice but dirty, it should cover it when no guest is staying. There are a lot of big red ants on top of the main entrance door / wall, private outdoor bathtub area and came in always into the indoor bathroom.

Beware of 'mobile' disco”
Lovely small hotel. Big room yet no chairs, only 'couch' in patio. Nowhere to hang bathroom towels! Hot water tepid, at best! Beware of locals playing very loud music from the monstrous speakers in the back of pick-up trucks and cars on the promenade next to the hotel. Goes on well into the night and very disturbing. Hotel management got police to quieten them but reappeared next night!

Cleanliness and Maintenance.”
Everything seem to be alright, but not for a small pool and some of toilet wares. Just clean up the pool before move in, that's all. Location is splendid and quiet. If you want to spend time without interruption, grab snacks and drinks before you arrive.

Great accomodation and service”
I was just staying for one night, but I can definitely recommend. The appartment was very clean and generous in space. Next to the bathroom it even had an outside bathtub. Personnel was extremely friendly and helpful.

the room quite huge . the air conditioning is cold . but the room quite old , water pressure not strong enough . Jacuzzi is dirty the location there very quiet and nothing along the beach . 8pm start will become dead town . If someone looking for happening party at night this is not a right choice for you. quite a boring location there .
