Peaceful happy place”
Me and my couple stayed in Yayei for two nights. We couldn’t find a better place to stay in Nam Tok. The personal is veny nice, quiet, happy and helpful!! The food that the cook does is amazing, and the hostel is cleaner than all the places we stayed over Thailand. 10/10!!! Love it, we hope to be back some day!

We had a wonderful stay at yayei homestay. They helped us out a lot, you can reach a lot on foot(waterfall,7/11, main street). We bookked motos with their help and the room was very clean and nice. The food was also good. Would definitely recommend for visitors of the national park. It’s also a lot closer to the park than other hostels.

The owner is very friendly, helpful and really welcoming. Although I had delayed in checking out (I said 1300 but went out and did not return till 1500), she was polite and kind about it. she also told me about the area and picked me without cost when I arrived as there were dogs ahead (and they looked threatening!!) I would def recommend and stay again myself!

The owners are really kind, friendly, and good at English. My kids liked the breakfast(Thai omelet and stir fried rice). 12 min. to Saiyok Noi Falls on foot, 22 min. to Hellfire Pass by driving.

The hotel has no communication with public transport especially Erawan Falls, all taxied ask over 1000 THB to take you anywhere. When we refused to pay for transportation and stayed where the hotel is, the hotel staff didn’t recommend anything to do, but they do advertise lots of activities in their reservation page. We ended up not visiting Erawan falls an having a booring day at the hotel. Worst ever for fun and sightseeing, but ideal if you want to disappear from the map.

A Very Wonderful stay in Nam Tok”
This guest house is very near to Sai Yok Noi waterfall. You can get a local bus (red colour) opposite Sai Yok Noi Park to visit Hellfire Pass in the morning for 50 baht. The village is very quiet in the night (except the barking dogs when you get close to them). I love their cooked food, especially the omelette rice. Yummy :) Do beware of wild dogs roaming around the village.

The location is a bit far from town. It is close to Soi Yok National park. There is a market 15 minutes from homestay. The staff were marvelous.

Tukkie is a wonderful host and is willing to help you with anything and everything you want/need! It's and very Thai atmosphere. Location-wise it's not bad. It's very close to the waterfall, and the main road. Within walking distance to the train station, and restaraunts near there. There was no Internet for the first night, but it was fixed the next day. Before we left, we got photos with Tukkie and had a nice chat with her. She even gave us a little parting snack, and we got super yummy fresh papaya the night before. Their breakfast I wonderful as well!

Homestay is clean and well kept. There is an outdoor area for hanging out and they have coffee and tea available anytime of the day. The staff is very friendly and we were given some fruit every night; one morning a staff got some fruit from her home and shared some with us.

The family here is great and they treat you like part of the family. We stayed in the room with it's own bathroom and it was very comfortable, everything you need. Even the minibar items are priced quite reasonably. The food they serve is excellent and they had motorbikes for rent as well! I felt like we got a real bargain. Highly recommended and will stay again when we return :)
