Best spot in Hoi An”
Hands down best spot in Hoi An! Extremely comfy atmosphere, the host family is so nice and helpful. We arrived super early from an over night bus and they got us checked in two hours faster (i also fell asleep on the couch in their living room and its super comfy). The room is great size with a comfy bed, tv, a hot shower! and its nice and quiet! Bike rental for 100,000 right at the home and bicycle rental aswell. great location only a two minute bike down the road to the market and theirs a restuarant right next door or a cheaper option the two minute drive away. 10/10 we stayed an extra two nights its so comfortable and beautiful town!

Best place ever”
I’ve been traveling for 2 months now and this is by far my favourite place I’ve stayed at during this trip! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left they were super friendly and helpful! Great breakfast, comfortable beds and very clean and nice in general! They also let us use the bikes for free and they had laundry service as well. Always smiling and welcoming when coming and leaving. Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone, and if I’m coming back to Hoi An I’ll definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed staying at this homestay. The owners here are very friendly and willing to help. I was able to check in two hours early too. The value of my room was great relative to the price I paid, as it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It’s not too far of a walk/bike ride to the town centre as well!

Bikes, free drinking water, owners are lovely and make you coffee. These people didnt just have us stay they helped wherever they could and had us in their home. Great for families, little kids next door to play with, great restaurants with vegan/ vego options 50ms away but not busy like the city.

Nice stay”
It is a special place, located near the river side (about 15 mins walking from the center). The family who is running the business is a very nice one. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and they are english speakers as well. The room where we have stayed was very cozy and bright, the bed was comfortable and AC working properly. It also had a small balcony. The breakfast was ok, rice with tofu and tomato ( we had a special request cause we are vegan). We also rented a scooter for 80.000VND a day. Highly recommended

Good service. It is a bit far from the center, but you can have a nice walk by the riverside. There is a very good restaurant near this homestay. A/c and bed were good. Family is kind and gentle.

Amazing staff and amenities ”
I had a very nice stay at yellow house. First that's not in the center so that's more quiet. But that's not so far and you can go walking (20min) or rent a bicycle or a bike at the guest house. The quality of amenities (mattress, clean, showers, AC) in an old house is very Nice. Breakfast is good too with mangos fro.the house tree :) And the manager is super . He always replied to my questions and proposed me good plans like the visjte by bicycle. We never force you to buy so that's very nice. Enjoy your time there :) and the manager is amazing.

The staff was really kind with us. The breakfast is super cheap. He upgraded us to a 4bed-room, it was really good and super cleaned. Really good for the price!

Friendly family and very decent room”
This family's homestay has been around for about 3 years and still they're very welcoming and friendly with the guests. We've enjoyed their hospitality and would be happy to visit again. The king bed room had a balcony and was spacious. Mattress wasn't great but okay.

Our host was a very nice and empathetic person, yellow house is a true family business where every member of the family was helping out. It was easy to find tips for trips around Hoi An like My Son, Cham Island or great food tips. We also enjoyed the breakfast as well as the fresh smelling laundry.

The staff is so lovely... I forgot his name, but the older son was very helpful, friendly and funny. Also the rest of the family were super duper friendly.. Only minus us that you have to walk 15 min to the centre

A good place to stay if you like a quiet place in Hoi An away from all the hustle. But foods in this area are overpriced by Vietnamese standard. Also just a local convenience store around the corner. If you have own transport would be fine. BTW: the owner of this homestay is really nice

Friendly family, a chill stay”
Had a really nice stay there with my girlfriend. The parents that run the place are really friendly, despite limited English. They will make breakfast, even buy things for you at the market, occasionally give you fruits. The place is a little bit run down, not too much of a problem but you definitely don't feel like the room is super clean. But it's a good place to chill, we could even use the gym equipment of the son, and there's also free water refill and cheap bicycles.

the young owner is one of the most friendly and kind person met so far (with regard to the accommodation secto): he is very willing to help u about anything to do and visit around hoi an and in vietnam in general! i stayed in the3beds dorm and both room and bathroom were very clean! Super recommended!

Perfect place to recuperate since it's not a party hostel. Dorm rooms are good. T&B are clean and well maintained. A/C works well. Bed is massive and comfortable.
