          Fantastic location ”

          Have stayed at Boggle Hole many times when children were young. It's perfect for such stays - they loved it. This time it was just mum and dad doing the Cleveland Way. All good except drying room - too cold to dry our gear.

          Very nice place. Would come again. Just wish they put some oil on squeaky door. Unfortunately bunkbeds make noise even when a child turns over in the night.

          Magical spot”

          Beautiful location and magical venue; but beware that it is a long walk from the carpark so take the minimum amount of stuff you can manage! Also worth asking where you are staying as the Crow's Nest (whilst lovely) is up another set of steps!

          Lovely place, lovely staff, shame about some of the rooms”

          First off, you have to park quarter of a mile at the top of a very steep hill, and walk the rest of the way down. If you arrive after dark PLEASE make sure you have a torch, as the road down is pitch black. Lovely location, lovely facilities, room was warm and comfortable. Downside. They should not have made room 15, as the layout around it is absolute the worst I've ever encountered. There's a toilet right next door, where you can hear EVERY single sound a person is making. That would not be so bad, but there's a toilet on the next floor up, which is directly on top of the bedroom. Again, every noise, drop, or strain is heard, and I don't mean faintly either. By all means stay here, but DO NOT stay in room 15 🥺

          Stunning secluded location on a small beach estuary. Cut off from main beach at high tide. A gem. Note, the car park is approx 800 metres away atop of a steep tarmacadam road to the hostel.
