City center, trendy hotel. The cafeteria (and bowling alley) and gym are satisfactory. Just a colleague said that the lower level rooms are tiny.

Excellent location next to Central train station”
Yotel location is excellent and within walking distance from Buchana walking & shopping street. Many food choices around. Hotel is clean and great except the policy of no daily room.cleanimg is not ideal though we understood reasons behind it. There should have easy option to request for tissue and toilet paper for those who stays more than 2 nights. This will be your choice hotel if u are travelling via train to other parts of UK/Scotland...

The room was really small to accommodate 3. I mean, we knew that it was a large bed and another on top but the size was just too small. Their ad says that parking is available. This is just half truth. There is an NCP parking at walking distance but that's pretty expensive. If add the price of parking with the room, one could get something that was better. The room though small and uncomfortable had decent set of features. The reception was not as friendly as the house keeping and other staff.

Stayed here a few nights. No parking at this hotel but if one planned nicely. Go for your tour outside and park nearby (street parking) for free overnight. only need to pay during office hours. Nearest parking is just behind the hotel actually and we happen to have a room facing that back street and parked our rented car there.

Great location, fantastic reception, my keys would not unlock my suitcase, told them at reception, & in within minutes, they had their maintenance guy up to rectify the problem, can highly recommend them

Was next to a couple that came in next minute things went flying then a thud the hi ole room moved tryed to phone reception with no joy after few hours but they left here a knock few times no answer then come back no noise middle of night paid cash good night sleep thenu here doing toilet and shower

Hotel is in a good location making most restaurants, bars, grocery shopping and train station very walkable. Staff are polite and accommodating.

Big fraudster and cruel team, money cheater”
Extremely horrible experience, as when I checked in with my 3 year old baby, they said it is not allowed in this room. As I have prepaid them through Agoda.com, for 2 nights , Approx 200 GBP, I was left with no option to ask them to upgrade my booking and I will pay the difference, but they said all the rooms are booked. They neither paid back my money, nor cancelled my stay and without staying there as I could not leave my 3 year old baby , so we had to move out as they didn't allow us to check in with the baby. I called every one, in their Edinburgh and Glasgow office, but they turned deaf to our genuine concern and in the name of no room, being vacant, they didn't reimburse my money. A BIG FRAUD HOTEL AND A BIG CHEAT.

Amazing stay”
The room was small but cosy, showers had great pressure and the soap/shampoo was great. Can't comment on conditioner because my room ran out of it, but that's a small matter. I only wish they provided a kettle/had a hot water station on the floor. Location is fantastic, right opposite Glasgow Central and very nearby Buchanan St. Staff were lovely too, very friendly and helpful. Absolutely sold on Yotel and I will definitely look to book a Yotel when I'm travelling when it's available :)

Superb hotel ”
Superb hotel situated in the heart of Glasgow City centre. Ultra modern rooms and super comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Sensibly priced rooms too. £62 per night i paid for a superior queen room. I'll definitely be back.

Central Location ”
We found the staff very helpful the place is lovely our cabin was fabulous we chose a room with a bit of a view and we are definitely going to stay again everything you need is close by central station across the road as its right at the centre of town busses taxis night life pubs restaurants everything you need just outside the door
