We enjoyed out stay at this very unique hotel. Our room was incredible with 14’ ceiling with gorgeous stained glass bay window, ver clean. The front staff was very accommodating with good info and the cafe staff was very cheerful.

I chose this place because of the reviews and they didn’t disappoint, great location and really cheap compared to other places. I was a little skeptical because of the price but couldn’t complain; comfy bed, very quiet for London, good size room, very clean and tidy. Lovely staff and later checkout than usual of 11am.

Can't fault the hotel, the staff couldn't be more helpful & pleasant. The room was modern and clean and the location was ideal for getting around & within walking distance of Marylebone Station. I would use again in the future.

Warm hearted staffs!”
Check in allowed early at noon. Two gentlemen(staffs) helped carrying 7 luggages to room. Kept parcels before our arrival. Excellent service that make us feel like home.

Close to Harley Street”
I chose this hotel as I needed to be walking distance to Harley St for two nights. It was a short walk away - 8-10 mins or so - and very near Baker St station - 2 minutes - with lots of places to eat and drink. Accommodation very nice with big TV in the room with Sky football and movies included. Could have done with a fridge in the room but unlimited bottled water and tea and coffee available and increased when asked for the room. Very good choice and would use again. Also got upgraded free of charge to a very comfy king size bed from a queen.

Good location clean place, just a few comments: 1- while checking in they said cleaning would be every three days 2- the room lights are so bright, you can't dim them 3- no shelf in the shower to put your stuff 4- the lights of the corridor has no sensor so light will be in you room 5- the generoter noise is kinda disturbing 6- the smell of food is all over the lobby and ground floor 7- air conditioning is not stable, some times are up to your setup and sometimes are not. 8- no telephone in the room 9- no tissues in the room 10- no slippers in the room

The location of the hotel is excellent! 5 min walk to Baker Street, 10 min walk to Oxford St! The room was clean, got everything it needed! Towels and bed linen were a bit dusty, probably because of the fabrics. We had the inside queen room without a window, so we couldn't ventilate the room. Wasn't an issue except for the dustiness of the linen and towels. Staff is really friendly and helpful, they also offer a free umbrella, and a cheese and wine afternoon (5-8pm) for all staying guests. Overall great stay!!

Disppointing breakfast”
The breakfast you get is very basic for about 10£. Once I paid mine (before I can order and eat) they forgot even to serve it - only after 30min when I kept waiting and had to go for work - I reminded and they discover no having done it! When I checked out - I asked them to help me ordering a taxi - they say, they cannot do it, as they cannot favour a taxi company - when they say that I have had 70kg of luggage and had to go to Heathrow - they were then kind enough to help. You cannot have such situation when you are on business. So might be the Hotel is good enough for tourist - but not for business travellers

Small rooms but not expensive”
A collection of private houses joined together. Rooms are small.. just big enough for a bed and bathroom. Bathrooms are segregated from the main room by simple glass screens so do not stay unless you're comfortable sharing your most intimate bathroom activities with your partner. Very clean, reasonably priced and good location for Baker Street Tube. No breakfast but take away food can be ordered with restaurants in Baker St. clise by.

December Stay”
Just to be clear this is not a real hotel. No lobby or eating area so definitely not worth paying for breakfast or free wine and drinks after six. The hotel has basic amenities but location is good. The room is clean but didnt like separate doors separating room from toilet with a little hallway. All in all value for money not best in this hotel at all.
