A great place for a brief stay in Ipoh[”
I booked a twin room through Agoda, but when I arrived they said they upgraded my room to a deluxe room! It had a queen sized bed and a single bed on the premium floor (lvl 3). So my review will be about the deluxe(?) room on the premium floor. The room wasn't too shabby - the room I had stayed could've been dusted and cleaned a little better (there were some cobwebs and dust). The appearance of my room didn't look particular well maintained (a missing tile, cracks on the wall, some wiring on the ceiling), and I had to rehook part of the curtain myself. However, the AC and the bathroom is absolutely the most important part for me, and Z Hotel delivered in that regard! The bathroom was very very clean, spacious, and the shower is very very nice, the bidet is excellent, and the toilet is extremely clean! The AC worked very well, so I was absolutely comfortable and cozy despite the room looking a bit shabby. The hotel is also within walking distance to a lot of eateries, so it's absolutely a great place to stay! The hotel only provides around 5-6 park lots behind it, and this is on a first come first serve basis. There are however, a good number of paid parking lots on front of the hotel. Although you'd need to pay using the coupon or using the Park@Perak app, which I highly recommend, because it's so much more convenient to pay using it! I didn't get a fine at all while staying there by paying my parking using Park@Perak :) Lastly, they provide plenty of towels and hangers! Ironing board and iron are provided upon request, and the pillows are very comfortable. Beware the birds though - they are noisy throughout the day and will only be quiet around 9pm - 10pm. During the night you can also hear some distant club music and the vroom vroom of late night motorcyclists. I enjoyed my brief stay here - would stay again when I visit Ipoh again!!

Worth the price”
The hotel room is quite big than what I expected. It also provide a huge wardrobe for us who got many clothes to hang. the bathroom also nice acceptable with the price we paid. Not to mention the fast line of the wifi. The staff also reliable. The place is peaceful without any disturbance. You won't hear any sound or footsteps outside your room. So, it's worth it for a staying, resting after a whole day outside with whatever you're doing in Ipoh.
