Staff were not very helpful , rooms were not very much clean , for all the stuffs e.g. sleeper towel, water, dustbin cleaning we needed to call the reception & the response were very slow.

All I can say is that the service and the staff was vey co operative . Walking distance to Masjid -e-Nabwe. Hisham ,a staff member was extra helpful in arraigning our transportation to the airport.

This hotel is an excellent value for money. The place is clean and within 15 minutes walking from al haram. The food is very good and clean. the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely consider this hotel when visiting Madinah soon inshallah.

Not so worthy ”
Had been there jus a day before. Rooms as expected were small, the bed sheets were literally with stains, AC was not cooling. We had to literally open it and clean to get the cool air

Not worth the price ”
Not worth the price. Kind of guest house feeling. Bathroom not comfortable. No parking facility. Breakfast is not that good. Only good thing is that it is 10 mins walk to haram along the shops and staff of good.

I stay with my family according to money we pay room not comfortable ,no space between the each bed even not enough space in room very congested room we are not happy but one thing good breakfast good.

It was a good hotel, 20mim walk from masjid. Clean and nice staff Only thing is that the food should be bought closer to the masjid because it is not sanitary closer to this hotel

Taxi are available but they normally ask for 15 to 20 Riyal and after multiple negotiation they end up charging 10 Riyal. apart from them hotel staff is amazing but for 4 people rooms are small.
