Umrah 2018-19”
I have travelled to Makkah with my 6 years & a 11 years old for Umrah in Dec 2018 & this was my also our first visit to KSA. As my travel agent failed to reserve a hotel for us, I've decided to take the liberty to book ZamZam Pullman for 4 nights based on the reputation and location of the hotel and I'm extremely glad that i did that. It was surely a very pleasant stay - Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff along with pleasant breakfast. Our stay would certainly be a memorable one.

This property has tremendous facilities and I have found out that this hotels facilities are value for money. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. View and amenities are up to the mark, so I will stay in Pullman if I could go to Mekkah again and I strongly suggest this hotel to those people who wants to stay close to Masjid Al Haram..

Amazing location and amazing staff ”
We traveled from Vancouver to Makkah and we had a very long flight, the front desk accommodated us early and gave us an amazing upgrade with direct view to Kaaba. Special thanks to the outstanding front desk staff Mohammed, Saud, Rayan and Moataz who went above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. We had an amazing three nights stay at Pullman Zamzam. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I stay 9 nights here with very good services...everyday the cleaner come and clean the room, change towel, give water and whatever we need such as coffe, sugar, milk... I heard that this hotel taking too long time to check out, but i would deny that because we only take just less than 2 minutes to check out...the staff really help us during check in and check out time, manage our luggage properly...definately i would choose this hotel again for my next visit, Pullman, please give more discount to repeated customer...thank you🥰

everything was perfect. Only i am not sure whether the aircond is centralized or not coz there is a controller on wall but not functional. Since we travel during winter, all of us freeze to death. cannot sleep well bcoz its too cold. Our fault that we never ask the service to look n see our room.
