Super Great to stay in Khaoyai Nice View and Big Room! ”
Really really good to stay, Nice Clean Great Facilities ,cool swimming pool and nice view. Comfy Cozy for relaxing Recommended! Room for 4 people is really big, have everything you need and the view from balcony is the best. Hope they open Onsen real soon!

So close to perfect”
Everything was so new about the hotel, especially the staff. We showed up and seemed to surprise them. I’m pretty sure our two families were the first and only customers at the hotel. The pool was awesome for younger kids, but the tiles were already coming up from the bottom. We loved the free mini bar breakfast with bread, jelly, yogurt, milk and juice. It was perfect. The bathroom and the onsen were the stars of the whole hotel. The bathroom had a deep amazing tub, a full japanese style toilet and a two headed shower. The onsen was warm and inviting. It had a place everyone of us to relax. We’re already planning our next holiday trip here and hopefully the building next door will be completed by then as well. Zen is the perfect name.

Apartment style 2-bedroom with large common room. But they service as a hotel. There are snack bar in the room, microwave, cutlery also there. You can have breakfast in your room. Freindly & helpfully Staff. Love it. Recommend!! Freindly & helpfully Staff

Great service from bellboy. Love the bathroom. Automatic toilet. Warm toilet seat. Separate bathtub and shower. Nice view from the balcony. Clean room. Free bread, butter, jam, milk, yogurt, orange juice, bottle water in the fridge.

The room was nice. High ceiling. Bathtub water was yellow though, disappointing. Onzen facility was under maintenance. Hotel pool was dirty. For the price we paid, we accepted what we got.

Good place to stay with ample parking. We booked the largest room and love the hot Onsen. Also provided simple breakfast items, bread, yogurt and orange juice provided. There was a blackout 1 night but power came back soon.

It looks great, has many amenities listed, but the Japanese onsen isn't working(was empty), the pool tiles are coming off all over the place and we stepped on them throughout the pool. The hot water is difficult to get consistently in the bathrooms, and room service/maids didn't come to our room until 5pm on the 2nd day after we asked. Overall, it was ok. The first time we stayed in July the onsen was working and maid service was better. Staff is extremely friendly if you ask, but the holiday weekend they seemed swamped. Would try again if we knew ahead of time all repairs were made. This place has lots of potential!
