Reception is very friendly. Check - in went smoothly. Basic needs available TV and Towels . The only thing is Room smells stuffy ! I will definitely return back to this hotel. Location near Bukit Bintang MRT station.

I really like the llocation, dont get confuse as the hotel is not Zen Room.. its GOLDBRICK Hotel. My only issue is noisy neighbours, and very noisy if you room is near to main road as the music plays till 1 am.

The wifi lost its connection again and again. And the name of "ZEN Rooms Basic Bukit Bintang" wasnt listed on outside. If I didnt look at the location again, I would never found the place because they use a different name.

The first time grab driver drop me i can't find the hotel and i have to ask people where is goldbrick hotel, and then what i found it's like apartment and each floor has different hotel. It's pretty strange for me, so after i found the hotel i walk into the corridor and take stairs to elevator and goldbrick is on 2nd floor. The lobby hotel is nice and open 24 hours. When i saw the pic i think the room is pretty large, but then when i arrived it's really small, but it's nice for budget hotel, they have nice blanket, air con and bathroom inside with heater. But the water taste a lil bit weird. The location is very strategic for me cuz i and my friend like to go shopping and along the road there are plenty of stores, it also close to MRT station and Alor street where u can get most thai food. If we want to go to petronas tower you walk to pavilion there will be bus stop to KLCC (close to petronas tower) and it's free !

I am really tired that day, before this i go another hotel really cant early checkin, need to pay charges but here they really understand what kind of guest situation. im really appreciated that. they give me early checkin w/o any charges really thanksful cuz that day im so tired and got bad migrain. i will come again. i love that room very comfortable.

The place is close to mcd kfc and family mart. Its a busy street. The room is small so suitable for just to stay the night. The bed is comfortable and the room smells fresh. Will totally book here again if i need a place to stay for the night or two

The building quite old centre location in city.Near by public transportation such monorel, bus and Grab. Variety type of restaurant to choose.Night life is very life with shops including 7-Eleven and KK Mart. Sleep peacefully.No noise.Comfort bed.Clean bathroom.Got television.No security box.

It's like provide u a dorm in a conventional hotel. They squeeze 4 bed inside a budget double bed room which is very small room. That's no community in this hostel as travellers mostly come with group/family/couples as I guess only 2 room with 8 bed for backpackers.

The location is near but the staff seems don't know the of the placename.. Only when I showed the goole map.. Told me the Zen is the booking comp. The room is very dirty the Bed sheets have many bed bugs blood. Seems never check the room especially under the bed. I booked the double. Room but gave me 2 single beds.. Said will transfer the next day. When I moved to the new room, toilet flush is not working. I need to wait again to clean the room. But the room bed got bed bugs. I immediately checked out even though I paid for it. Please work out on it. I know the place is cheap.. But work on the cleanliness. Especially the bed bugs.

Dormitory room was very terrible small and hard to put my luggage and very close with other beds no privacy at all. Imagine 4 person staying in dorm hard to move around no space!!! Toilet sometimes outsider use it so we need to wait and the hole are clogged so the water flood. Wifi connection unstable cannot use it very useless....

Overall is satisfying, but if you are taller than 170cm please request for lower bunk( i was given a upper bunk and need to hunch my back from touching the ceiling while sitting on the bed).

Horrible setup”
The 2 doubledeckers (4brds) fitted exactly into a tiny room. Only walking space in the room is the spsce beteeen the doubledeckers and end of beds to door. The bedsheet was dirty. There were used tissues, small plastic bag and even an empty coke can on the bed when i checked in. The reception staff at the counter was very unfriendly and rven told me not to sit on the sofa as it is meant for guests already checked in and was told to come back for the bed at 2pm even though he had checked me in at 12pm as I arrived early. I could not sleep well on the first night so decided to give up my second night stay. I have stayed in dorms in other placed in KL and other cities and this was my worst experience. Very terrible indeed. Plesse trust me and never book a bed in that 4bed dorm. Go get a bed elsewhere and you can be sure it will beat this horri ble place!!!
