The building is new and somehow better than most of zen rooms at that price point. Price is very affordable and staff is friendly, the location is very good too at the heart of mangga besar area close to so many amazing delicacies and great food. The only problem is the ac slightly hot and didnt cool up my room and the toilet is super small. Other than that its still pretty good deal for one or two night stay

Dissapointed with the cleanliness. The water was not clean and there was one time it stopped suddenly while i was showering. There was no information from the staff regarding the problem. I had to ask about it and then the staff informs that they ran out of water. Then they apologize. I guess if i had never asked they would never apologize for the problematic situation. And the bed sheets made me itch the whole night. In the pictures the place looks lovely but in reality it isnt.
