It’s my favorite hotel in my Vietnam trip. My room is very clean, new and modern. Swimming pool is really warm it’s perfect for the chilly weather in Dalat. Anyone searching for an amazing mountain view and avoids crowds must stay at Zen Valley. Staffs is very friendly and helpful also! If I come back Dalat definitely I will stay here again.

We pick Dalat for our summer vacation since the country is heating up quite a bit around this time. After traveling to this city many times in the past, we made the right decision of forgoing the habit of staying close to the city center (Xuan Huong Lake) and pick Zen Valley instead, which is slightly off to the side. Turns out it is still very close (4km or 10-15min driving to the Lake). We are a family of 5, booking a bungalow (4 in capacity) and an attic room (2 in capacity). Both are terrific. Clean, cool, beautiful view to a steaming warm pool, a blooming garden with small pathways across, overlooking a wide area covered by pines with small villas hiding in and out of the green hills from afar. The morning is cold and misty with bird chirping here and there, they have a gazebo in the garden, perfect for setting up a tea/coffee party. The evening is quiet in general but frogs, crickets, and sometimes even cats in the area started their routine "singing" late at night. The bungalow is spacious, newly renovated, with warm wooden pallets on the wall and floor, and a small balcony looking down the green hill where we are situated on top. We decided Zen Valley is the right name for this place. Services are also terrific. The reception staff are extremely professional, welcoming and helpful. The only thing that doesn't match the quality of the rest is the morning breakfast. It is an okay buffet with some selection of okay food. Guests are a bit noisy here. Since we live in the backyard garden area, we have to walk to the main building and climb up 3 floors to the breakfast room. It is okay for us but this might be slightly annoying and inconvenient for the elderly and the disabled. Other than that, everything else is perfect.

Lovely hotel catering to all”
We booked 2 deluxe and 1 superior rooms for 3 nights in this lovely hotel overlooking a valley. It is only about 50m downslope from the main road and 10-15mins away from Dalat town central. Extremely convenient location with super friendly staff, especially the bellboy and check-in receptionist who cater to our needs. The rooms are also immaculately clean and newly renovated. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit. Cheers….

Starting from the bed, this place exceeded my expectations. The linens, pillows, mattress were so comfy, there were days I just wanted to stay in bed. The pool is heated and salt water...so nice. There was a variety of food in the morning of Western and Eastern cuisines to your liking. The concierge, Ky Voung Dae, was so helpful. When I first got to the hotel, my reservation hadn't arrived, but he spent over an hour trying to adjust the booking and in the end gave me a very nice room with a balcony with a view of the mountains and forest that was spectacular. The location is just a very short taxi ride into the center of town or if you like long walks it's a good trek. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good blend of nature but not too far from city centre”
This is a good choice for at the same time enjoying the natural pine woods and still having access to the city centre (only 10-15 mins by motorbike). I am definitely in love with the in room dining and their good prices for the dishes (although the menu does not have many choices). Overall it was a good experience. Staffs are excellent and caring. Works well for a short trip before you get bored.

The photos don't do Zen justice - the bungalow was beautiful. The bedding was perhaps the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The location is outside of the city center (so it's the perfect place to get away and relax), and getting to and from the center is about $1 USD on a Grab bike. I had a perfect time here and hope to come again!

My family stayed at Zen Valley during weekdays which is off-peak so we could enjoy complete privacy & relaxation. The location is nice, not too far from city center. We brought our little corgi with us as this place is pet-friendly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

Only WOW. Great food, all the staff been wonderful. Beautiful garden We lived there with our cat and even he looked very sad when we left. Only negative is the neighbors having noisy karaoke.

Lovely room, helpful staff”
The young gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and had a very good English. The pool has a spectacular view and you can watch the sun setting in the valley while having a swim. The breakfast was excellent. They really couldn’t treat us any better. Maybe if there was more hot water in the boiler to fill the bath tub that would be amazing. But considering the pool, we really didn’t mind that small inconvenience.
