Clean, comfortable stay with great service”
The room was so beautiful! It was nicely designed, with thoughtful touches that reminded me of Japan. The place is quiet, relaxing and the staff, Kat was extremely polite, welcoming and helpful. Our toilet was clogged but the staff came and fix it speedily within 10mins, afterwards the toilet worked just fine. We had an extremely good stay, the bed was clean, comfortable and the toilet was really spacious! Great stay, highly recommended. The location is also great, about 10mins drive to Primo Piazzo, the birders Lodge, Pete Maze and other attractions. The chocolate factory is right beside the hotel but we didn't visit it. I would recommend this place :)

Villa Review (Family Trip)”
The villa is very clean and comfortable. It is only 15-30mins drive away from many places of interest. Yukata is also provided for guest to wear and explore The Japanese Garden located at the back of the villa. The breakfast meal was also well prepared by the staff. The villa gives off a very peaceful and serene vibe, making it a good escape from the bustling city life. The only downside is that there is a few mosquitos that flew in to our room as there is a small pond located right outside our room. Other than that, all is good. I’ll highly recommend this villa to others who will be staying in Khao Yai.

Shower + Language barrier are the biggest regret”
The staffs are very friendly, Cleanliness is super too. Family room has two big king size bed which is what we needed. The location is very near to most attractions. However, I would not consider this place again and do not recommend this place to any foreign tourist or family with young kids. 1. Water pressure is very bad. A 5 mins shower can be a torture - hot water will suddenly gone or become super hot. Most of the time, we have only cold water. We are afraid to take shower. With the cold temperature at night, this is totally not acceptable. After we moved to another resort at the 4th day, we have a relieve and felt that we should have book the 2nd resort all the way since day 1 (note : is a glamping resort) 2. All the staffs cannot communicate in English at all. Not even the most basic simple English. Hence you won’t be able to ask or get any information at all. I do understand most Thai cannot speak English, but as a hotel that provide accomodation to tourists, they should be able to at least communicate in some form of basic English, not to mention their room is not cheap. Mind you, their language level is really ZERO. We have to write down for them to use translate app to translate so we avoid asking them anything. 3. The staff used her phone camera to take a photo of my credit card during check in which is totally wrong. I have to demand her to delete it from her phone. I still feel insecure and have to call the cc company to change a new card for me.

We choose this hotel as it has a scent of Japan. the hotel is smaller than we thought but it's enough. We got a big room for 4 of us with proper bed for everyone. The price we got is a bargain. During Covid breakfast is served plate by plate. Only drink & bread that's on buffet line. Not many choice of food since the hotel is very small scale only 12 room i guess.

Short Stay at Zen Villa”
We stayed in the junior suite. Basically it was conducive as rooms were limited. So we didn’t have a crowd at Zen Villa. The room size was amazing for 2 adults and 3 kids. Facilities were good with a good size bathtub and shower room. There was a dry kitchen (for coffee/tea) and dining area. Location was good. We travelled to nearby attractions such as Primo Piazza (within 10 minutes) and Speedkart (within 3mins) and the Chocolate factory was just a stone’s throw away. When coming back from our visits, there were also strawberry farms for a quick stop activity. There was a convenience store within 5 mins walk. Breakfast was simple and no fuss. We were given a buffet breakfast on the first morning and subsequently a choice between two breakfast sets on the second day so we got our food fresh and warm. Everything was of good impression. If there was one fault to comment on, it would be of the mosquitoes that flew into the room while we were sleeping on the first night. Subsequently I found out that we forgot to switch on the mosquito repellents that were mounted on the electrical switches. The second night’s rest was a better one.

Friendly staff. Suitable for families with children. Room are nicely decorated, but are a bit over price, breakfast is still ok, not buffet style. The hot water heater in the room difficult to adjust. Either too hot or too cold. The pool water a bit slimy, not sure why. After swim, body a bit itchy.

Was a pleasant 3D2N stay at Zen Villa. It was pretty convenient, just next to Chocolate factory. Staff are friendly and hotel is small yet feel exclusive. They even prepared kimonos for all of us for our photo taking at the small Japanese garden at the back of the rooms. Only problem we faced, water heater was faulty and had hard time enjoying a decent bath as it may turned really hot or freezing cold.
