Exceptional”
Zizi is so kind and welcoming. I had an amazing time here and was lucky to go to a wedding in the village where the locals gave us food and drink. This wouldn't have happened if I stayed in Sapa town. Have the family meal if you stay here- it was the best food I had in Vietnam. Highly recommend this homestay.

Exceptional”
It definitely worth to stay at Zizi homestay especially you have kids come along. Kids can have their own adventure within the rice fields. And you still can see you easily. No need to worry. The hosts here are super friendly and providing any services you need as long as you ask. Btw great dinner!😘

Wonderful homestay”
Zizi is such a friendly, sweet host. She really cared about all her guests. I did the bamboo trek, which was a big adventure. Furthermore I can recommend the family dinner, where it’s very easy to meet some other backpackers.

Great location for trekkings”
The location of the homestay is great, only a 30 min drive from Sapa city center, but be prepared for a bumpy road. The homestay was easy to find, our bedroom was small but clean. We did two trekkings with Zizi who is the owner of the place and supernice. The trekkings are a lot of fun if you can do it with a small group of people. Their banana pancakes for breakfast are delicious as well as the dinner that is served at the Homestay. The only matter we disliked about our stay there was the girl at the reception; she is very rude and arrogant.

Difficult to reach it, but worth it ”
Hostel is very cozy, very nice stuff, very comfortable for the solo travelers, easy to find friends, good family dinners. Besides that the food is coming very slow, a lot of times they forget. As well taxi is very expensive to reach there even tho it's only 10 from the sapa town. Even if it's expensive sometimes you can wait for the taxi one hour and they never show up. I think the staff have to take care of people's transport. Maybe some shuttles to the town and back. It would be cheaper and more more convenient, cause the grab not going there and the taxi charging about 250k.

Beautiful but disappointing”
Zizi's homestay is in a beautiful location, the surrounding scenery was absolutely stunning. Our stay here was disappointing however as the property had construction happening right next to the dorms and private rooms. The sound of drilling and sawing as you're trying to have your morning coffee, looking over the valley, tainted the moment. Definitely call up and check to see if the construction is still happening before you book. Otherwise, a pleasent stay.

Practically perfect in every way”
Nestled amid the rice terraces, in a small H'muong farming village, this is a great spot to relax and make your way through the walking trails the area is known for. Your hosts are hospitable while unintrusive, ready with info and advice as you need it and easy English communication. Homely, idyllic - a big highlight of my trip through Vietnam! Recommended, of course.

Above average”
Staff are friendly . Villages trekking should be equipped with better walking shoes as the mountain is very muddy after raining falls... Nguyen is very helpful gentleman. We stayed during end December and its winter/cold weather, there is no HEATER provided in the sleeping room. toilet facilities is not so convenient as we need to walk from external household to the main house.

Very good”
nice local place, it's best not to book a stay in winter because the temperature inside is almost the same as outside, tasty simple food made for tourists, hot water if someone hasn't used it before you, beautiful views. I recommend it but it's not for everyone.

Not as good as we expected”
We think the good recommendations online are mostly from single backpackers, who don’t seek privacy. The room was located directly next to the main room, only separated by a thin wooden wall, which did not even goes to the ground. Therefore it was very loud, however only until 11pm. The homestay owner/ receptionist did not make us feel welcomed, as she ignored our questions at first always looking at her phone, while we talking to us. However the homestay looked quite nicely and the view is very cool as well. It’s located far from the city, so when you don’t want to rent a motorcycle to get there, it’s more pricey than you might think first. But the location is very good to start a trecking trip. Although the price for the room is cheap, the price for the food is as high as in a restaurant.

Beautiful scenery & helpful staff”
The Hostel was in a really nice location, the hostel itsself was clean, served good food and had really helpful hosts. They helped coordinate various tours that they offered, but also helped out in everyday life, when there was a language barrier. So a translator was just a phone call away when really needed, which helped tremendously.

We had such a lovely time here. The location was great with an impressive mountain view. They made us a fantastic homemade dinner every night and also delicious breakfast and lunch. Super clean and well equipped. I would 10/10 recommend.

Genial estancia!”
