It was a good hotel who provide an apartment including a small kitchen, plenty of working lifts, wifi on the ground floor as well as a shuttle service to the Haram. A good hotel in Al Aziziyah 15 minutes from hotel to Haram.

Well equipped rooms and sufficient buses ”
Room were completed with all necessary items (jug kettle, dryer, small cooking stove, wet basin, cutlery). Despite long distance from the hotel to Al-Haram the buses provided were commuting at very high frequency. Good option for single travelers and small family. Ahh, on more thing distance from bus station to the hotel is about 100 m (appx 20 m climbing small hill)

Price was very good, good hotel, one minute walk to Haram bus services, and 2 minutes away from Haram using the bus services. Free bus services. clean, room size was a little small but fine. There was a small kitchen with tea and coffee bags. also towels, shampoo, and toothbrush

I reserved 2 days in Alaseel hotels from wednesday 23/11/2016 to friday 25/11/2016 but unfortunately on thursday they send the cleanser to knock the door every half an hour saying you have to check out, i said check out tomorrow. then another one from the staff rang to me, i told him i will come to you to review my booking but he did not listn and came to the room and knocked again. i went with him to the reception and meet the manager he said you must check out today with impolite way. I showed them the booking invoice and then ask to pay I showed them the invoice which is already paid, signed and stamped. I asked them why you do not know my booking, they said no contact with agoda, just they contact the general manager office. haphazard work please take action about that. thank you.

Nice for one or two days of stay. Expect a good big room with all facilities needed. Quite far from Haram but the bus via the tunnel makes it easier. Expect crowded bus in the way back from Haram (use a taxi instead for 10SAR). The location is on a clif, not suitable for elderly people. the reception will ask you to send your reservation via whatsapp or Facebook massager. It is a good value of money.

The only disadvantage is the high way to get the hotel from the main road. This way should be managed by elevator or electrical stepping up machine. Because it's so much difficult for the elderly people.

i stayed here for 3 days from 25th jan to 28th jan. When i reached i was told to wait for 1 hour for the receptionist to come. Shower in the hotel was'nt working and when asked to fix or change the room we were asked to complain later when. We had to manage it for all 3 days. location is good.

Bad beds, no available enough buses to Haram, C.R. Water supply is not fixing well. Alarm false turned on , without any personalisation,or any guidance. No telephone number working with the room services. no safety box. Telephone is not working most of the time,also no answers.if working at all. False alarm made terrible and horrible.
