Strategic location, good choices of breakfast, friendly staff, good amenities facilities around”
Family of 7 pax from Malaysia. Have been travelling around Asean countries, including Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia & China. Lots of choice of western, oriental and Indonesian cuisine. Helpfull friendly bellboy, guards, waiter and staff at front desk. This is my second time(5 nights) at Aston Braga , the first was in 2017(3 nights) and left everlasting sweet memories that make us came back here last February. The location are great, strategic with busy Jalan Braga with lots of cafes to hang out with love one at nights. Shopping mall just beneath and linked to private entrance from the hotel( via room hotel acces card.(surprisingly convenience on our first stay in 2017) An advantage compare to other hotels even with other 5 star hotels. Guardian pharmacy & big mini mart are next to the lobby entrance . We felt safe to walked around the hotel knowing there were always crowd around the hotel. We opted the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condotel . The beds were highly comfortable.

Location closed to the mall, one building with mall but some the store still close due to pandemic, past check in even before 2 pm when I asked about password wifi , i called front desk, she sent one of the Staff immediatley to solve the problem. My son was verry happy about our room, large enough for 5 person even more. I booked "three-bedroom Condotel" type. I recommended to stay at this hotel. I will comeback again someday.

Aston Braga is one of our favourite hotel. The location is good in Braga Sy, inside the little Braga square not bad. The breakfast was ok not too bad compare other similar hotel. The staff was good.

Great location, but hotel is a bit dated”
Great location, restaurants, convenience stores all nearby. the hotel is attached to the mall. The room we got was a bit dated, the aircond was awkwardly positioned and is hidden so it didn't help to cool down the room. No carpeted floors, room equipped with a mini kitchen - fridge, microwave oven, and an electric stove. Friendly staff. At the basement, you could get a ride-hailing e-scooter and ride around. Overall the hotel is ok but could use with some refurbishing to spruce up its looks.

The location is good nearby the shops and city ”
We love Braga St as it’s easy access to anywhere and easy to find the foods. The breakfast wasn’t too bad just average, the staffs were nice however when we stayed the room is smell of pee. First time I came in I could smell it, it was so strong the smell then my husband smell it too after while. It’s like maybe previous guess who stayed in our room got the baby and we in bed so when we checked in they didn’t change the bed. Our weekend stay was not that good due to whole night we need to smell of wee and my husband want to get change the room but luckily we only stayed for a night as I believe the room will be full. Other than this one, the hotel is good. The manager of house keeping better need to keep on eye for this problem as it will put down the grade of the hotel.
