Great location, clean and modest hotel”
I liked my two nights stay at LTC Vila Lotus. The staff are all very helpful and polite. What i liked most about this hotel is that it is very close to Cipanas where there are the best restaurants located. I had meals in Kalimantan restaurant, Sudi Mampir, Sate Shinta, all took only fifteen minutes time with all the traffic jam. As Puncak area is always very crowded during holidays, it is very important that you stay as close as possible to your destination. It is also close to Kota Bunga, Taman Bunga Nusantara, so there are many activities for your family. Then again, it is a modest hotel, so don't expect much from the facilities. The advertisement stated they have a gym, playground, swimming pool, breakfast included. But in reality, the facilities are all in the club house, where most of it is run down. The gym cannot be used because the machines are broken, the playground is very very small and i didn't see any child playing there, and the breakfast is only nasi goreng (fried rice) with eggs and a bit of beef floss. Although, the swimming pool is clean and quite ok to swim in. In general, i will recommend this hotel to travellers who wants a cheap, family-friendly hotel in Puncak which is clean and relaxing. I will certainly stay in this hotel again.

Check in late night after dinner and sightseeing at puncak area.. The location is quite good, already in the cold area of puncak, the signboards point to this hotel also quite clear.. But you need to have or rent a car to go to this place, because there's no transportation to reach this hotel.. Clean hostel, each room consist of 2 bunk beds, can be used for 4 persons. Standard toilettries like towel, soap and shampoo. Also provide hot water.. Quite cheap..

Clean and Simple”
I like this hotel because the room can be occupied by many people (4 persons) and even more with extra bed. They have a ping-pong table and pool table, also an outdoor pool which is fairly good. Bring your own tennis racket and badminton racket if you plan to use the tennis and badminton yard, but unfortunately they are a bit run down. The location is also good, and it is very easy to find and to commute within Cipanas area, if you plan to go shopping or have a nice dinner there.

Service with a smile”
Rooms noisy in the morning but it doesn't matter to me and family cos we are there for 1 night, in fact for about 6 hours only, to rest before the next long drive. Breakfast was sent to the room early in the morning which is actually very disturbing...we arrived late and sleep late and breakfast serve at 6.30am. By the time my family members wake up, the food is already cold. Overall, good as a transit hotel to rest.

very bad hotel I found, LTC is not hotel ”
I booked and paid for 2 nights but I stayed there only for 1 night and moved to another better hotel. LTC Lotus is not hotel but training centre and very uncomfortable for staying with family with limited facility and fitures. This hotel is very not recommended.

The bathroom is very clean, but the shower has a leak. The room is quite good, considering the building is quite old. I think this hotel is good for family who want to visit puncak's tourism object considering the location and value for money.

Nice place to stay, able to climb/trekking onto top of Mount Gede, Waterfalls, Taman Bunga Nusantara (Flower Park), and many ressturants around (local, chinese, satay/meat barbeque, western food).
