I never find a place in Puncak with this serenity, good view, fresh air and huge villa. Plus Plataran's hospitality. Surely will come back

Close to Nature”

We stay in Ingrida villa with beautiful views of tall trees. The villa itself is huge, good for big company or family gathering. The place is quiet and cool. Breakfast food taste can be improved.

Quiet getaway”

Suitable if you are looking for a quiet getaway to rest and relax with family members in the villa. As we drove to the resort and had a mix of elderly folks, with teens and a young child, this place was suitable for us to chill for two nights. A pity it was the raining on both days and we couldn’t do more outdoors.

this is the 2nd time we spent the night at plataran. different room but same quality. comfy property n warm surrounding. built in nature base location. always love to hear the river sound beside the villa. great n complete facilities, friendly n helpful staff, furthermore, the villa is maintained very well, so it keep clean n good.

plataran third visit”

It's the third time we visit the place. Positive : The staff is super nice and super helpful The location is great Completed and working facilities (wifi, pool etc) Negative : For the third visit we got the villa which had a medium size carpet that is located in the living room and it kinda smell. It didn't bother us that much actually.

The villa need upgrading ”

Villa is not as nice as expected. Likely the photoes posted in website were taken 10 years ago. Though it is cleaned but may consider to change the furniture which already wear & tear especially the kitchen area, sofa, TV console & the artificial flowers.

Natural and serene”

This place is simply marvellous. Away from the hustle bustle of the city yet food and others are easily accessible. Butler is available if you need assistance. I would hughly recommend this place and will definitely return.

Plataran Inggrida”

A good place to change for a moment the atmosphere of the city crowd, the location of the villa goes down inside, passing the downhill road, arrived at the villa greeted by the noise of the river flow (Inggrida right next to the river) that's for the first impression. The villa facilities are complete according to the descriptions, 5 rooms with each bathroom in it (1 room has no bathroom, and 1 bathroom has 2 doors connected to the room and can be used publicly). Terrace on each floor, 3-point gathering spot with soft sofas, swimming pool with balloons and water beds. The staff also help provide barbeque and steam boats equipments in the evenings. The staff is quick and initiative to advise on weather (for outdoor dining) and street closing opening schedules. The small minor is the cleanliness. I found the floor sticky (the villa slippers were very helpful) and if you want to rejuvenate the villa equipment this is the right time. I saw that the cutlery was very good, but the cooking utensils such as wooden spoons were moldy, the dishwasher faucet was dislodged, the bed pillows were not soft and damp (I think because of the old pillows and cold weather). In conclusion, we are a large family (4 families with 4 kids below 7 years old) satisfied vacationing at Inggrida Plataran, would be happy to recommend to friends and family. If there is an opportunity and fortune, we will return again. Success for Plataran Puncak, greetings to all employees (Mr. Vecky and friends).

Bangunan Asri, bersih, view bagus, kamar , dapur bagus, hanya sedikit perlu perbaikan seperti pintu kamar mandi yg ada ausah ditutip, kamar mandi perlu exhaust agar udara lebih fresh,
