Value for money as this hotel is in central Jakarta. The building is quite new with modern concept. The bed and pillow are super soft that made our one night transit from Bandung comfortable. The menu in the cozy restaurant named level 2 is relatively limited with Indonesian food but delicious. Great hospitality and helpful staffs. I was so impressed with the hotel manager (?) who helped me with luggages when checking out. The only thing that need to be improved is the time spent when check in as we arrived at 10 pm at night. The receptionist should have considered that I with my 2 daughters needed a quick check-in handling. This hotel is really a best choice especially to business traveller.

Exceptionally clean and modern hotel”
Erian hotel was far beyond our expectation. We stayed in their family room which was quite spacious. The room cleanliness was the highlight. Equipped with modern yet earth conscious facilities, Erian hotel provided superb comfort stay. A minor cons would be the absence of a proper window (there was a small window with heavily cracked glass and strangely covered with blind sticker). All in all, well worth the money and look forward to return. Highly recommended.

Excellent mid-range option”
Not the first time I’ve stayed at the Erian, but I’m always happy to come back. It’s clean, well located, keenly priced and well run. The wifi is strong and buffet breakfast is adequate. Since I was last here, the rooftop bar and lounge has opened, adding another dimension to staying here. One thing - I didn’t realise until now that not all rooms have windows. Personally, I dislike windowless rooms. If it’s a problem, it’s probably best to contact the hotel ahead of your arrival to make a special request.

This hotel is well worth every rupiah spent. It is in a great location, the facilities are complete, the staff is friendly, and the price is very reasonable. I stayed for two nights with my husband and our 12-year-old son. We were given one queen-sized bed and one single bed, both of which were adequate for our needs. When we requested early cleaning, the staff responded quickly, as did when we requested some utensils that were not available in the room. The only disadvantage of our room was that it did not have an openable window. I believe the hotel should consider doing some renovations to add windows because it will be better for the guests' health and comfort because it will provide more fresh air when needed. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and colleagues.

I've been visiting Erian for a year religiously with my husband for our short getaway, probably around once a month. This is our favorite hotel. We tried a lot of other hotels as well, and so far this is the best. Free flow mineral water, the staff are really friendly, the shower is really nice + separate toilet, the rooms are really really clean, and really nice TV cable channels as well! The location is also good. The bed is really comfortable as well. Really worth the money. Very recommended.

10/10 service as always. Cuman kmarin i stayed at 807, dr awal msuk AC nya ga dingin. Di set 16 celcius but feels like 24 celcius :’). Eng udah dateng to clean filter ac & he said wait 30-45 mins supaya dingin. But we waited 1-2hrs && turns out emng ga dingiin ac nya. Maybe you guys can check it yaa for next guest

Vacation stay. Quite a nice place to be at, good location not far away from Gambir train station as well. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, always had a smile on their face. Not all of them are proficient in English, but at least there are some who understand to provide necessary help where needed. Aircon and shower heater was working well, I think they had a pretty good service & engineering team

I’ve stayed here for a couple of times, the location is strategic - in the middle of the town. The staffs are all super friendly and helpful and the place is very clean and hygienic. The price is also affordable, so it is a highly recommended hotel to stay!

The staff was so amazing...from the 1st call i made from KL..spoke to Mr Ridwan with reagrds to the roomright from the moment you come out from the car...at the lobby (i was greeted by Mr Andre @ 1.00am and he looks so fresh at that time!)...the room service lady was very helpful. All of them shows their concern when they saw my mom on wheelcahir. About the room...even though a little bit small but because of the services they rendered to us, the hotel should be rated as 6 star hotel. Good job & well done to all the staff! 👍

Erian hotel feels very much like your typical business hotel, especially the ones in Japan. But what sets them apart was the atmosphere and hospitality. All the staffs are attentive and kind, it instantly made me feel at home. The room itself was spacious and clean. Mattress are from King Koil and very comfortable. Shower's water pressure is amazing for you to wind down after a busy day. Location is strategic to several eateries and convenience store. Ordering food online is also easy. Will i recommend this hotel? Yes i will!
