This hotel is amazing!”
The location of this hotel is everything. It’s right in the heart of the old town, and walking distance to everything. It’s in a lively neighbourhood, right off of beer street. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean with good AC. Highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Hanoi!

Stayed here for just a night but it was a perfect location in the heart of Old Quarter with everything being at a walking distance. Only thing to keep in mind is that it is a party area with great pubs so weekends can have loud music playing till late into the night! Staff was courteous and helpful - they helped us with translations with the cab driver when we arrived so everything worked out smoothly.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 times, the staffs were friendly and helpful. Excellent location as well since it’s located at the center of the old quarter, just few mins walk to the lake. The only downside was breakfast not provided due to the pandemic.

The only issue I had with this hotel was the breakfast inclusion with the room. Most offer buffet breakfast, this only gave a choice of 1 dish.

Right in the middle of Old Quarter”
Although looks a bit smaller from outside, this 8 floor hotel is definitely worth the money. Travelers who are looking for good stay without spending too much money do not have to look past this. Staffs were friendly and rooms were clean. Its located right in the middle of most happening place in the Old Quarter. They also help you with booking Halong Bay and Nin Binh tours which I found a bit pricey. All in All 10/10 cleanliness 9/10 staff 10/10 location 10/10 value for money

Hanoi Center Silk Hotel is a great choice for daytime convenience and night life fun. Front desk staff Ms. Karathy, Mr. Thomas, Mrs. Sophie & Mr. Dragon were all very professional and friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in the Old Quarter and perfectly located to take advantage of street food and beer at night.
