I quite often use this hotel when I make my business trip in Germany moving by Deutsch Bahn. Just in front of Hamburg Hbf and the best thing here is “breakfast”! Highly recommend to stay including breakfast!!

Got an upgrade. Staff were really friendly. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was also good. Right next to train station, ideal location for hamburg . I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Right across the pedestrian crossing from Hamburg Central Station. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The paper that comes with the room card indicates the room number and is valid for 3 days for using the hvv trains and buses.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast, which was included. Right beside the hauptbahnhof, but the room was completely quiet. Concierge was also helpful. For 135€ I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I booked a single room. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, right across from the train station, very safe, suitable for solo female travelers. There are also many restaurants nearby. I tried the one next door called Block House and the food was good. There is also a Penny supermarket nearby, very convenient. The hotel environment is also very nice. The exterior of the building looks a bit old, but the interior is modern. My room included breakfast, which was excellent. They also provided me with free transportation for the first three days and free access to the swimming pool. As for the accommodation experience, the soundproofing of the walls is good, but the soundproofing of the door could be better. The facilities are complete, including a lighted makeup mirror, minibar, soap, body lotion, shower gel, etc. The bed sheets and pillowcases were also quite clean and I didn't have any allergies. Overall, it was a good experience, although the price was a bit high. Hhh

Marvelous Stay Experience”
It is a great experience with the Europaeischer Hor. The staff is nice and express in English very well. The surprise of this hotel is the mini themepark and the indoor pool which is fantastic. I check in during evening, Hotel compliment us HVV ticket which provide the Bus & train service for 3 day, it is great. The location which near to the town and shopping heaven, let us enjoy the shopping as well as food surrounding. During the morning, after a great session of jogging surrounding the Harmburg, I continue for the short gym session at hotel highest floor, then continue with the 30 minute of indoor swimming pool. After my exercise, I do join a great breakfast with my wife. We miss this hotel after checkout and thank to the staff for the great service. I will definitely come back again for my 2nd visit. Rate excellence on every aspect”
I really have enjoyed my stay in this hotel, first, it was good location as right opposite to central train station, so it made the journey short and convenience. Second, the front desk staff is helpful and professional. I like them all. Third, the variety in breakfast has plenty of choices, and fresh. Forth, the free wifi plus the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and swimming pool relaxed me after a day of work. Finally, the room is clean and comfortable. I didn’t have disappointment during my stay. Excellent, this is the hotel I will stay if I revisit Hamburg, and thank you!

Surprisingly lovely hotel”
this was the cheapest hotel on our trip, but the loveliest of all. the staff was friendly. the room was above expectations for its rank and price. wi fi was free and worked fine. the spa was free for guests, and open from early morning until late evening, so we could use it as we arrived in the evening after the long jurney to hamburg and next day after touring the town.

I enjoyed staying at the Europaeischer Hof hotel, as the room was clean and fairly comfortable. There was a problem with the internet connection while I was staying at the hotel, but staff was very friendly when it came to dealing with the problem. The hotel also has a pool, the use of which is free of charge.

Very nice hotel in an ideal location for a short break in Hamburg. Right across the street from the main train station which is a quick 20 mins from the Airport on the really efficient train system. Great staff throughout the hotel - everyone had a smile and greeting. Brilliant and tasty breakfast buffet. Main shopping area within a 3 minute walk through the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

hotel is excellent location just in front of railway central also they give free tickets for transportatin within all hamburg for free by metro or train , staff are good however the hotel is a bit old , rooms are good and clean , they have a great swimming pool and good spa facilities , hotel near to all shpops and resturants in downtown so you can reach any place by just walking

great location across from the main train station in hamburg and easy walk to major attractions like the lake tours and also the harbor tours and plenty of good restaurants in close proximity. the breakfast buffet is second to none. rooms are nice and adequate for a short or long stay there. would stay there anytime i traveled to hamburg.
