there is discriminatory classification of customers”
at check in made by the receptionist we were classified as suspects, most likely because I am Brazilian. during our stay at the hotel we could not put the bill in the room, the staff always went somewhere to check whether or not the answer was always the same: I could not put the bill in the room, something that is totally common and commonplace in any Hotel. I would like to return to Barcelona with my mother and I really liked the hotel facilities, but due to the discriminatory and racist treatment I received I would not recommend it to anyone.

the main problem with the hotel is that is is a walk across the boardwalk from La Rambla, it is set up for conferences and for that purpose it is well set up, but it is not a "holiday hotel". The pool is tiny, and tha facilities are small.

i really like the location it was near to the port and 10 minutes to La Rambla street quick chick in, moderate morning buffet need to upgrade it , but they didn't refund our insurance because we pay buy card not cash. so if any customer would like to stay with them please pay it in cash.

It didn’t feel like 5 stars”
The staff wasn’t friendly and there was an open beer can on the room when we arrived that wasn’t ever cleaned. We complained and the staff just didn’t care. I was very disappointed.
